We made a mistake on our end. I reached out immediately asking for someone to respond. It took more than 24 hrs to get a response. I emailed a reply as soon as I heard from someone, an additional 48 hrs has gone by. I am unhappy with the level of customer service.

The Knot reported that I accepted the rehearsal dinner but not the wedding. Can't go back and look (has been corrected now) but somehow I blame this on the way it was presented - really not that bad at online answering. The whole thing of wedding preparation has gotten ridiculous.

There are so many great features of The Knot! It really covers all steps to wedding planning from A-Z. It helped with a timeline, vendor suggestions, stationary, a website, and more! My only gripe was with the checklist. Some of the checklist items were out of order or had a super far out due date. The checklist page would also refresh any time any editing was done, which delayed the process quite a bit.

I have a problem with your partner Hotel Engine, and no one seems able to help me. Grace from the Knot emailed me this morning and reiterated that she couldn't do anything.
Here is my response to Grace. I want the amount that Engine charged to my account reversed.

I have already contacted your partner, Hotel Engine, and they said they can't do anything about this, that the only thing I can do is cancel my reservations and book directly with the hotel. This is not right. The rooms at the hotel have now risen in price so that is a lousy option. Your partner is representing the Knot very poorly!
The charge to my account is not $800, it is $2571.66. That is a large amount to prepay, and I would like your assistance in resolving this with your partner since they said they couldn't help. Someone has to be able to handle this!
Please help me get this prepayment reversed. Thank you in advance.
