Too US - centric

I was happy to get a prompt reply, but I find it incredibly provincial to be so US-centric in 2026. I’m referring to the fact that people outside the U.S. can’t send money to your customers’ honeymoon funds. Please expand your horizons.

Recommend the Knot for any bride

I love using the knot for any wedding designs. I used their save their date and wedding invite templates. I also have used the ability to create my own website and online RSVP. Their customer service is also very responsive and helpful. All of those things have made planning my wedding much easier and stress free. The only hiccup came when creating my place cards, I was told it would take 3-4 business days to get the first proof to me, then 4-6 days to print. The first proof ended up taking 6 days which made me feel tighter on my timeline of having it done. The designer apologized and updated my shipping to free overnight to make up for the timeline.

The Knot is absolutely amazing! The customer service is impeccable. Our seating chart came in dented, due to USPS. The Knot rushed a new one for us in time for our wedding and we are so so grateful.

Yall should have a better system to…

Yall should have a better system to verify vendors. I got scammed by a vendor and lost $600 just for him to ruin my wedding night. He deleted his account and then just created a new one based on a different city. He is SCAMMING people all over the United States and yall are allowing it. When a vendor is “verified” by the knot that means people are trusting your word and judgement and it’s absolute bullshit.

The app sucks we had to redo the invitations 6 times and then when we submitted it a week later the invitations go on hold. And the response time is one message every 24 hours

I wrote a negative review

I wrote a negative review, including documentation and it was removed. When I ask why, I got a response asking me to log in under a different name and rewrite it. How can we trust The knot when making vendor decisions when they remove the negative reviews. I also read on Reddit that others had negative reviews removed.

Great tool and excellent support!

Honestly, I'm blown away by how great they've been. They've been instrumental in so many things, from troubleshooting our website to taking immediate action on the invitation envelopes issue. I couldn't ask for a better job than what they've done. I'm so grateful to everyone at the Knot who has been so kind and supportive throughout this process.
