The app sucks we had to redo the invitations 6 times and then when we submitted it a week later the invitations go on hold. And the response time is one message every 24 hours

I wrote a negative review, including documentation and it was removed. When I ask why, I got a response asking me to log in under a different name and rewrite it. How can we trust The knot when making vendor decisions when they remove the negative reviews. I also read on Reddit that others had negative reviews removed.

Update: I’m changing my low rating to five stars. The replacement package arrived quickly and in excellent shape. The Knot customer service (Grace) were responsive, understanding and did exactly what they promised. Trust restored.
The package was horribly damaged. There was a hole punched through the outer box, the retail box and the styrofoam within. I have been promised a replacement which I hope will be here on time. If it is I will happily take another survey and give a better rating

The site ordering and shipping makes process convenient. However, if you order multiple items they are shipped separately changing the reception perception of the gift. This is something that should be reviewed and reorganized. All items should be shipped together.

A lot of fine print and delayed responses from customer service. Promotions seem like false advertising. Website is cumbersome to use. Many of the pages don't format correctly. Registry is not friendly with other websites. Addresses take several hours to upload.

Extremely frustrating. Could not order rehearsal dinner invitations - kept getting error messages - tried 2 different browsers. Was told to clear my cookies and REDO MY ENTIRE CART. no way. If I have to do that I'm going somewhere else. Have been on hold for over 10 minutes now.

I purchased from the night a gift on the registry and I went to check a few days later on the night in the registry and it was cheaper than what I purchased it and they won’t do nothing about it

I emailed The Knot a question about a gift I had purchased for a wedding, which had not yet shipped. Their response time was really great and Amanda explained what had happened and what options would be given to my nephew and his wife. I was really impressed and would highly recommend them.
