The app sucks we had to redo the…

The app sucks we had to redo the invitations 6 times and then when we submitted it a week later the invitations go on hold. And the response time is one message every 24 hours

I wrote a negative review

I wrote a negative review, including documentation and it was removed. When I ask why, I got a response asking me to log in under a different name and rewrite it. How can we trust The knot when making vendor decisions when they remove the negative reviews. I also read on Reddit that others had negative reviews removed.

Great tool and excellent support!

Honestly, I'm blown away by how great they've been. They've been instrumental in so many things, from troubleshooting our website to taking immediate action on the invitation envelopes issue. I couldn't ask for a better job than what they've done. I'm so grateful to everyone at the Knot who has been so kind and supportive throughout this process. This is my first time doing this, so I was probably a little overwhelmed, but you were all incredibly helpful and understanding! Thank you!

As parents, watching this day unfold so beautifully — truly a dream come true — meant more to us than words can capture. Seeing our children so happy, surrounded by such care and perfection, is something we will cherish forever.

I have never witnessed such remarkable attention to detail. Every moment flowed seamlessly, and it was clear how much pride and dedication your entire team brings to their work. Our guests were genuinely overwhelmed by the beauty of the venue, the quality of the food, and the warmth and professionalism of your staff. You created an experience that exceeded every expectation.

I also want to give a very special shoutout to Michael, who went above and beyond — even after the celebration ended — by personally delivering my daughter's dress and her husbands jacket, and two bags of food to the hotel. Trust restored thanks to customer service

Update: I’m changing my low rating to five stars. The replacement package arrived quickly and in excellent shape. The Knot customer service (Grace) were responsive, understanding and did exactly what they promised. Trust restored.

The package was horribly damaged. There was a hole punched through the outer box, the retail box and the styrofoam within. I have been promised a replacement which I hope will be here on time. If it is I will happily take another survey and give a better rating

A little disappointed

The site ordering and shipping makes process convenient. However, if you order multiple items they are shipped separately changing the reception perception of the gift. This is something that should be reviewed and reorganized. All items should be shipped together.

Not as good as it appears

A lot of fine print and delayed responses from customer service. Promotions seem like false advertising. Website is cumbersome to use. Many of the pages don't format correctly. Registry is not friendly with other websites. Addresses take several hours to upload.

Extremely frustrating

Extremely frustrating. Could not order rehearsal dinner invitations - kept getting error messages - tried 2 different browsers. Was told to clear my cookies and REDO MY ENTIRE CART. no way. If I have to do that I'm going somewhere else. Have been on hold for over 10 minutes now.

I purchased a gift on the knot

I purchased from the night a gift on the registry and I went to check a few days later on the night in the registry and it was cheaper than what I purchased it and they won’t do nothing about it

Great customer service

I emailed The Knot a question about a gift I had purchased for a wedding, which had not yet shipped. Their response time was really great and Amanda explained what had happened and what options would be given to my nephew and his wife. I was really impressed and would highly recommend them.

Customer service would not get back, site itself was impossible to make a purchase on. Extremely frustrating with no help.

Entire registry deleted

Entire registry deleted, after my guests had already received invites with the link and purchased some items. Lost the list of who bought what and the list we spent hours crafting. Terrible.
