A little disappointed

The site ordering and shipping makes process convenient. However, if you order multiple items they are shipped separately changing the reception perception of the gift. This is something that should be reviewed and reorganized. All items should be shipped together.

Not as good as it appears

A lot of fine print and delayed responses from customer service. Promotions seem like false advertising. Website is cumbersome to use. Many of the pages don't format correctly. Registry is not friendly with other websites. Addresses take several hours to upload.

Extremely frustrating

Extremely frustrating. Could not order rehearsal dinner invitations - kept getting error messages - tried 2 different browsers. Was told to clear my cookies and REDO MY ENTIRE CART. no way. If I have to do that I'm going somewhere else. Have been on hold for over 10 minutes now.

I purchased a gift on the knot

I purchased from the night a gift on the registry and I went to check a few days later on the night in the registry and it was cheaper than what I purchased it and they won’t do nothing about it

Great customer service

I emailed The Knot a question about a gift I had purchased for a wedding, which had not yet shipped. Their response time was really great and Amanda explained what had happened and what options would be given to my nephew and his wife. I was really impressed and would highly recommend them.

Entire registry deleted

Entire registry deleted, after my guests had already received invites with the link and purchased some items. Lost the list of who bought what and the list we spent hours crafting. Terrible.

I really wanted to love The Knot

I really wanted to love The Knot, and it’s a great starting point for early wedding planning—but once you get deeper into the process, it starts to fall apart.

The platform is not very user-friendly. It feels clunky, hard to navigate, and it’s often difficult to find what you’re looking for. The vendor recommendations are hit or miss, and not always the most reliable or relevant.

One of my biggest frustrations has been the RSVP system. There’s very little flexibility or room for error—if you accidentally configure something wrong (like attaching meal selections to the wrong event), there’s no easy way to fix it. I’ve had to manually manage parts of my guest list because of this, which completely defeats the purpose of using the tool.

I also reached out to customer support and had to wait about 24 hours for a response, only to be told information I had already figured out myself. Not very helpful when you’re on a timeline.

Overall, it’s a helpful tool to get started and stay somewhat organized in the beginning, but it doesn’t scale well as planning becomes more detailed. I found myself outgrowing it pretty quickly.

I bought a KitctenAid mixer for $499…

I bought a KitctenAid mixer for $499 and the next day the price dropped to $379. I was informed that the manufacturer changed the price and there’s no price adjustment. That did not make me happy.
