It is nice for the bride and groom to be able to put their registry all in one place. I ordered 3 items for a bridal shower. One of the items arrived with the box damaged. It was obviously previously opened and returned, because the box was torn and then since the item was shipped in just a mailing bag, the box was damaged more. The knot's customer service helped with the return and refund process. However, I was not reimbursed for the as shipping bag I needed to purchase to ship it. $6. If purchasing items from a registry, make sure they are easily returnable.

Although we were initially concerned about the arrival of stationary we ordered, due partially to lag time from the design team, they wound up making it up to us by getting the shipment to us early. We also enjoyed the user interface and ease of communicating with vendors. It all made for more seamless planning. Thank you very much for catering to us so well.

I had an issue with one of the items I ordered… it came a week after the shower so I had to buy it from Amazon and return yours. When I called, everyone was friendly and helpful. I was sent a return label and assume I’ve been reimbursed…. Haven’t gotten my statement yet😁

I ordered some invitations for my wedding, but I only noticed some typos after I had submitted my order. I emailed customer service and they responded to me very promptly and they were so helpful. I was really upset about it at first, but they quickly fixed the problem and made me feel so much better. It’s very appreciated.

We ordered Save the Dates that printed incorrectly even after I emailed and informed staff that the addresses contained the wrong zip codes. Also, our order was shorted three Save the Dates.
I won’t order from the Knot again and will post my review online.

4 stars for the initial quick response and help. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because after I answered the initial question from the support team they stopped responding to answer my questions. I wanted further context and had another request and have not heard back.

I ordered an expensive gift for my daughter’s bridal shower which was 4/26. I ordered a kitchen aid mixer on 4/17. Expecting delivery by 4/23. It still hasn’t arrived. I reached out to them by email. She said they told her it was delayed and she’ll let me know when she hears something. I’m very disappointed.

Platform is great and made wedding planning easier. My only complaint is I had to use a different platform for seating arrangements. It would b nice to have a drop and seat arrangement included. Our site is beautiful, easy to navigate, keeps track of RSVPs, and we are able to collect monetary gifts!

Was missing 9 addressed envelopes from printing! Reached out to customer service to get replacements. First customer service representative was able to get envelopes reprinted but did not offer to expedite the process. This process took around 10 days to get the printing proofs back. Carlie (second customer service representative) sent me printing proofs and ultimately was able to overnight ship them after they were printed. Carlie was so helpful and kind!
