I ordered an expensive gift for my daughter’s bridal shower which was 4/26. I ordered a kitchen aid mixer on 4/17. Expecting delivery by 4/23. It still hasn’t arrived. I reached out to them by email. She said they told her it was delayed and she’ll let me know when she hears something. I’m very disappointed.

Platform is great and made wedding planning easier. My only complaint is I had to use a different platform for seating arrangements. It would b nice to have a drop and seat arrangement included. Our site is beautiful, easy to navigate, keeps track of RSVPs, and we are able to collect monetary gifts!

Was missing 9 addressed envelopes from printing! Reached out to customer service to get replacements. First customer service representative was able to get envelopes reprinted but did not offer to expedite the process. This process took around 10 days to get the printing proofs back. Carlie (second customer service representative) sent me printing proofs and ultimately was able to overnight ship them after they were printed. Carlie was so helpful and kind!

Did not take responsibility for incorrect QR code printed. First refused to fix at all. Stating I get the email addresses of my guests to then FORWARD the website address to them. Unacceptable.

I ordered a gift from a bridal registry and it was going to be shipped to me instead of the couple, but that information was not available to me until AFTER I had paid for the item. I needed the item shipped directly to the couple. I called customer service and attempted to cancel the order, which was confirmed several days later. Whenever I have purchased a gift from a wedding registry , the gift has been shipped to the couple, and I am disappointed that my attempt to send a gift through your registry was not successful,
