I ordered an expensive gift for my…

I ordered an expensive gift for my daughter’s bridal shower which was 4/26. I ordered a kitchen aid mixer on 4/17. Expecting delivery by 4/23. It still hasn’t arrived. I reached out to them by email. She said they told her it was delayed and she’ll let me know when she hears something. I’m very disappointed.

Platform is great & easy to use

Platform is great and made wedding planning easier. My only complaint is I had to use a different platform for seating arrangements. It would b nice to have a drop and seat arrangement included. Our site is beautiful, easy to navigate, keeps track of RSVPs, and we are able to collect monetary gifts!

Was missing 9 addressed envelopes from…

Was missing 9 addressed envelopes from printing! Reached out to customer service to get replacements. First customer service representative was able to get envelopes reprinted but did not offer to expedite the process. This process took around 10 days to get the printing proofs back. Carlie (second customer service representative) sent me printing proofs and ultimately was able to overnight ship them after they were printed. Carlie was so helpful and kind!

Did not take responsibility for…

Did not take responsibility for incorrect QR code printed. First refused to fix at all. Stating I get the email addresses of my guests to then FORWARD the website address to them. Unacceptable.

Don't ship to Canada

Why would you allow a Canadian to sign up for the registry when you don't ship to Canada?

I ordered a gift from a bridal registry…

I ordered a gift from a bridal registry and it was going to be shipped to me instead of the couple, but that information was not available to me until AFTER I had paid for the item. I needed the item shipped directly to the couple. I called customer service and attempted to cancel the order, which was confirmed several days later. Whenever I have purchased a gift from a wedding registry , the gift has been shipped to the couple, and I am disappointed that my attempt to send a gift through your registry was not successful,

Eric from the customer service…

Eric from the customer service experience design team was very helpful in making adjustments to my designs as needed before approval.

Additionally phone customer support was prompt with answering and making small typo adjustments when found after initial order.

I look forward to working with the team on additional items as we get closer to our wedding date!

I put in the information for the bride…

I put in the information for the bride and groom and while they were pulled up ...it went no further.

I emailed this info and was assured i would be contacted. To this date...this is the only response i received
