I put in the information for the bride and groom and while they were pulled up ...it went no further.

I emailed this info and was assured i would be contacted. To this date...this is the only response i received

My item came missing a piece and the…

My item came missing a piece and the box was torn tattered and beaten. I have sent a message to see if they would replace the item due to the missing pieces and have not heard back. The bride is very disappointed in how her gift came and I am absolutely embarrassed. If you could please replace the item so that I could give her a proper gift it would be greatly appreciated by myself and the bride to be. The bride trusted your site and I feel it let her down. Please helps us in giving her the proper gift she deserves.

Hidden costs

First, you charge an outrageous fee when sending someone a gift. You also advertise a 2% Rakuten incentive, but don't give it when the transaction is completed.

DIY friendly!

I designed my own save the dates and the Knot made it so easy to upload my design and the print quality and colors came out beautifully!! Will definitely be ordering my invitations from the Knot as well!

I had a contract with WeddingPro / The…

I had a contract with WeddingPro / The Knot for the past year and spent around $2,400 on advertising with them. It was a complete waste of money. I did not get a single real client from their platform. The only two inquiries I received were obvious scam leads. That’s it.

They make big promises about visibility and leads, but in my experience, the results were nonexistent. For small businesses, spending this kind of money with zero return is extremely disappointing. It feels like they care more about collecting payments than providing real value to vendors.

I would strongly caution any business owner before signing up. My experience was paying thousands for fake leads, no genuine bookings, and no meaningful support.

Ordered a gift from the registry

Ordered a gift from the registry. A purchase from Target, apparently a third party vendor purchase. It arrived and was very disappointed to find it was a refurbished hand mixer, not new. I would never order a refurbished item for a bridal shower gift. When I went back into the link to investigate, the refurbished information is not stated in the initial information on the link. Unless you ask for additional details, then it’s there in fine print. This is very disappointing. Because I ordered early but was out of state until recently, I was told there was nothing I could do. Very disappointed .

The Knot came to my rescue!!

I mistakenly put the wrong address for my grandson's fiancee's recent shower. Horrified when I realized it, I called the Knot's listed phone number, and got immediate assistance in retrieving the gifts and getting them to the correct address successfully in time for the shower.
