Have ordered from this brand before & really loved their stuff. However their returns policy is a joke. Dress came and was wayyy too short, tried it on once and put it back in the bag, paid £10 for postage back to them for them to process a refund to then be told there is black marks on the dress? I can guarantee now there wasn’t one mark on it when I sent it back & clearly they tend to do this with a LOT of people after looking at these reviews?! Now want me to pay again to post back to me. 0 stars for quality and customer service - avoid! Much better sites out there.

DO NOT ORDER. Ordered a dress from here and it came such bad quality and looked nothing like website, so sent back and asked for return. They refused the return because of a mark however all I did was try the dress on in front of my mirror and put straight back in the bag so was impossible to be me. In the background of the picture they sent was a dirty table and floor they were using so no doubt the mark was their fault and just stuck the blame to not lose money! They also then asked me to pay another £5 delivery charge to have the dress sent back to me ! So that’s 3 delivery charges I paid for a dress that is awful and went straight in the bin! - disgusting customer service.

Received two dresses both very poor quality I bought the two items on sale which were meant to be over 50 pound each for the dresses! I’m so glad I only paid half this price but even at that I couldn’t keep them because one of the dresses was the wrong colour they sent a white dress the dress was more of a dirty cream colour and material so cheap I’ve had so much better of places like shein which are a fraction of the price. I returned these two items only to be told that because they were sale items I could not return them. My mistake as I should have read deeper into their website but you’d expect them to make it much clearer and have it tell you as you put them in your basket but they must have that many returns for poor quality they probably do it on purpose. To top it all off they’re now asking me for an extra £5 for the re-delivery for the parcel, just an absolute laughable joke of a company I’ve completely wasted 50 pound and no dresses. Do not order from here !!!!

I must say I had a very good experience with this company despite having negative reviews, I decided to give them a try . I ordered a faux fur cropped jacket uk 10. Lovely quality, completely true to the photos😍
I ordered it on the 10th of September and was told it would take 2/3 weeks delivery and received it today the 26th September. Very helpful and informative staff via email who answered any questions I had . My advice based on my experience is they were worth ordering and I will definitely be ordering again . Nice quality and fit. Thanks 😊

I returned a sale item as it was very bad quality and see-through and the store refuse to refund me and want me to pay £5 for my item to be sent back! Terrible service and won’t be using again.

Lovely items, delivery was on time when ordered by next day delivery and the team were very helpful and responsive when it came to a return due to no longer requiring the item.

Will be returning thank you again xx

I ordered the “ELORA rose” two piece set and the material in it is total see through!! It arrived yesterday and I tried it on in the skirt you can see the shape of my belly button it’s that see through😂also you can’t wear a bra with the top over how see through it is

How can they be getting away with charging high prices for poor material and they claim it’s “good quality material” disappointed as I’ve a christening Saturday and was relying on this outfit!!!

Ordered a dress it came and was terrible quality and see through also too big , I returned this and they claimed my return had not been delivered been over 2 months and still have not received a refund if you are wanting a refund make sure to get tracking as this company will deny it has been delivered unless you have proof!

Would give 0 stars if I could…clothing arrived, awful quality and didn’t fit when I bought the same size that fits me everywhere else. Customer service is appalling, rude and refusing to refund. DO NOT waste your time and money with this website!

The WORST quality clothing I have EVER purchased. I bought over £700 in clothes from her, I read the reviews and asked for a refund straight after purchase, which I was informed you can’t get a refund (even before items had been put together and dispatched) and that you get a credit voucher, waited weeks, finally received my order (half of it) kept a few bits, sent majority back, received a credit voucher, waited until it had nearly ran out to order my new bits to save the money going to waist, the clothes/quality was even worse than the first time, holes in them, bra lining ripped/poking out, packaging all crumpled and scruffily done, white hairs that look like animal hair on the items, absolute joke of a company and most definitely will never waste my money there again. Will upload photos when I figure out how.

They went above and beyond to make sure I had the dress for my birthday, it arrived next day and is perfect! Thank you so much, such good service and beautiful dress

Ordered a lace skirt off their website when it arrived was a different skirt. Different colour pink and different pattern in the lace. Emailed politely to let them know and they were nothing but blunt and rude from the start. Advised because it wasn’t faulty and apparently it was the same skirt they wouldn’t offer a return/refund. Could very clearly see from the pictures it was different but was point blank arguing it was the same skirt. So unprofessional and unhelpful. Would rather throw my money in the bin than buy from here again.

Ordered an item and quickly realised my error so I emailed to cancel the order , however in an exchange of emails the advised that the size 10 would indeed fit a size 8. I paid for extra postage and the item was sent. We received its baggy on the sleeves, almost like the make is incorrect, stitching poor, quality not great and skirt long. I’ve requested a refund and return but now have to pay for that too because of silly advise by an un educated sales person. Would rather have had the sale than just simply say it won’t fit the same . My daughter is young and has lost almost more in postage fees than the 2 piece.

Brought the Darla tracksuit today and I’m more then impressed with the quality and colour , literally better quality then Zara or any high street brand

Sent me an item without a label on. They then wouldn’t accept a return due to having no label on. I clearly explained to them that it came to me like this. The customer service agent spoke to me like I was dumb and worded the email very unprofessional. Felt like I was having a convo on text rather than a business. The quality of their items I would compare to shien. But 3 times the price. Avoid at all costs.

Loved my dress!! I got a red crawl dress for Valentine’s Day which was such lovely fabric. My boyfriend loved it on me which made it even better. It was so flattering and arrived so fast! I just got standard shipping and it arrived in two days. Want to get another colour soon as I am in love!! Not sure if this is even their review page but thought I’d say anyway! Thanks girls:)

Ordered a dress 4 weeks in advance still did not receive it. Opened a dispute with Klarna and she said she had my dress and to cancel the dispute as she can’t send out due to Klarna charging her for this. Dispute was cancelled and she said she would send out. She then said she can’t send out as she is waiting on Klarna contacting her. I then spoke to Klarna myself and they said this not true. So all along she was lying. She clearly did not have the dress! Don’t waste your time ordering from here!! I have sent all the proof from Klarna to her and waiting on a reply!
