Great
I love it because it helps me with current job postings and i can also track my application status .
Helpful
Although I have been contacted, according to the website my resume has been looked at and maybe someone will or know of someone who needs my customer service experience.
The Ladder as a search engine for top jobs.
I just got started using the Ladder, I have been emailed good tips and have and some calls on good positions. Hopefully I will get interviews from them. It seems as if there are higher paying jobs available on this site.
The Ladders
I've used "The Ladders" on and off for several years. Their GUI is one of the most user-friendly. It's helpful to see info of the competition that is applying for the position that I'm interested. They provide a specific cover letter box per each job posting, so I can briefly provide unique details per each job posting. Definitely worth the fee because ease of use makes the application quick, so a good usage of my time.
Great service offerings, but not quite mature
I enjoy the potential in the offerings provided by TheLadders, but the tech behind them is not mature enough, causing reduced confidence. The competition reports for a job are handy, but are unreliable at best. After applying for several jobs through the site, I have seen that your system does not register the fact that I applied, showing "No one has applied for this position yet". This leads me to distrust the data integrity of this feature. It is important for you to overcome this issue as your competition has begun providing the analysis and reporting features you offer, but they appear to work better, and they have yet to charge for them. I am seeing the same jobs you advertise appearing on indeed or careerbuilder, so what is going to keep me as a satisfied, paying subscriber on TheLadders?
good but not v.good
getting the mail of job alert but only the premium member only not the other
looks better than it is
Apply through the site doesn't seem to work. I am better off going to the companies website to apply cause no one ever checks their apps. would like to be able to filter the job search a little more, the jobs I am seeing in the auto and email list are often way off. I find more relevant jobs by manually searching.
Typical job board with many jobs, few responses (if any) and only helpful with paid services.
The Ladders is like many other job boards. There are a lot of job opportunities here. However, I have been applying to positions for 6 months and have gotten zero calls back. I had been on the paid services a few years ago and that is the only place I saw any help. The help was not worth what I paid.
Better than most other job posting sites
Good feedback from real recruiters
Good still can be improved
Canada based Jobs very less
All jobs search is limited to 5 preferences should be broad based
Working opportunity in the United States of America
I am from abroad (South Africa) and it been a lifelong dream for me to work and live in the United States of America. I will appreciate more guidance to help me succeed in this lifelong dream of mine. H1Bas was recommended to me and been in contact with them twice. Please help me to make this dream become reality! Thank you for all the many updates on positions available.......pity not H1B1 positions. Your network is very user friendly.
Regards, Deon
Excellent job search tool
Ladders quickly identifies opportunities that fit your profile. Application status is communicated throughout the process as well. I trust the information I receive from the Ladders.
Good, but not perfect
The Ladders provides some good job listings that do not appear to be anywhere else on the web. Their site consistently works and has more search/matching criteria than some others. They regularly make me aware of postings that match the criteria.
It is a very good job portal to find your stepped-up career in the USA
This is a portal that lets you elaborate your current work status and create alert on the next ambitious job in the USA. The site gives ample information on tracking each of the application status. This helps review easy and follow up on required applications.
Good options for JOB in US
Hi,
Well, I must say that The Ladders provide a platform on which one can see job options and apply accordingly.
Keep the good job on. Best of luck.
Search by Company is a must
I have seen many TheLadders email announcing that some big companies are hiring and when you click on the link it will perform a text search with the name of the company instead of a filter by company name (with a real field) this makes that if MICROSOFT is offering jobs and you for MICROSOFT you will also get any other job with that WORD in the description
Excellent source of good Job offers.
Search and find a better work option.
Trust on this website on your next position.
Theladders always keeps you informed on application status.
The Ladders is a great site
The Ladders is a great site but when you have to compete with millions
of other people, with PHDs, Masters or Zero experience, it is tough. And My background is;
Operations Manager/Plant Safety Director/ Environmental Manager, Environmental Compliance Specialist, Lead PM Mechanic, Power Plant Supervisor, Maintenance Superintendent, Project Safety, Mechanical Engineer / commissioning specialist, Plant Maintenance Superintendent, Mining, Construction manager.
I've been waiting since March to be hired. Using another site -
I was offered a job as a maintenance superintendent for 14.00 hour, drive 60 miles each way AND they wanted me to provide $50,000 in tools for the men to use, no mileage or benefits, I made 14.00 hour in
1986 - 29 years ago. Ladders - bring on the decent jobs!
Solid website
I have been using the ladders for about 6 months now with good success.
