Monica was a great help to me today

Monica was a great help to me today. Professional and responsive but more importantly understood what I needed and was able to make it happen. It's become normal to get disengaged, unwilling support from tech companies but Monica and Ladders were different today. I couldn't be more appreciative.

Barbara is a great representative.

Barbara followed up with a couple phone calls, yet respected my request to take some time to reconsider my order. She wasn't too "Sales-y" but still clearly let me know the benefits of the limited time offer. She also quickly responded to my emails.
