He and his team were extremely responsive throughout the entire process (booking, making arrangements prior to our stay, during our stay for any questions or changes and also following up with us afterwards). Lake Garda Villa Company are just 10/10 all round. From finding the perfect villa (Villa Golfo) for our family plus straight forward booking then to all information about the Villa. Directions, airport transfers, car hire, restaurants, activities, private chef’s, boat hire, fishing.
Richard, Novella, Christina and all the crew are very professional and communicate well. All emails and texts are answered immediately.
Chefs Manuel and Mahara are the same and our meals were incredible..10/10…

We had an amazing time in Lake Garda our villa was beautifully clean and had everything we needed. The view of the lake is just amazing day and night.

Everything from the initial querying and helping us find the villa to the most re stay information and helpful guides and finally the villa itself (wow it was amazing) made this holiday go smoothly and live up to the families dreams.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Richard and Lake Garda Villa Company. My family and I visited Italy and had a stressful last minute cancellation for a house from another well known rental agency. Lake Garda Villa not only stepped up big in finding us a beautiful home (thank you Martin!) but they did it with professionalism and excellent service.

We rented the wonderful Tree House via the Lake Garda villa company. The whole experience was excellent: the service was very good and responsive. Clear communication and instructions. The house was amazing: wel equipped, beautiful house with everything you need for 7 (or even more) persons. Very nice garden and pool. We highly recommend!

Our property manager, Novella, was very responsive and helpful during our stay. She was a pleasure to interact with.

We stayed in Villa Malcesine in July 2025. The rental company was very professional and timely with their correspondence and the property owner (Michela) was great! She received our rental bikes before we got there and made arrangements for another baby cot when she realized we could have used another one. Her husband and daughter also recommended a restaurant in town and led the way on their bikes to the cafe. The property is just like the pictures. It is stunning. My family loved staying there.

We used Lake Garda Villa Company to book Villa Pascoli last week. We can't say enough positive things about the entire experience! Booking was easy, payment was clear and easy. Best of all, the villa was absolutely amazing and exactly as described. It exceeded all of our expectations! We even used Erika, the concierge, to book us a sunset cruise... that experience was perfect as well! We'll definitely be back!!!

The house was so wonderful, comfortable for our group. The host was a great communicator, helpful when neeeded. I have already recomneed the company and we hae only been back 1 day.

Lake Garda Villa Company rep met us at the Villa, showed us around, and spent plenty of time answering questions from family members. Throughout the week, staff was very responsive to messages and calls.They were ready to help with logistics and plans.

We came to lake garda for an extended family holiday and couldn't have wished for better weather! The sun was out every day and it reached 27c on a number of days! Christina helped choose the perfect villa and we can't wait to return someday. She also helped us arrange an amazing chef experience which was absolutely perfect for my birthday during the trip. The private boat charter during the week was fantastic and we even managed a swim in the lake.

We had a delightful visit! From booking to reaching out to point people near the villa, our questions were answered promptly, especially when weary travelers arrived and needed assistance with the gate. Chef Ada prepared a delicious meal! We so appreciated the service to purchase staples for the villa before our arrival. The views were spectacular.

The villa was beautiful and the location is heavenly. However, there was far too little information in the Guidebook as to how things worked in/around the villa, and the young woman who met us upon arrival seemed quick to leave. We could have used better information about the gate, the fobs, and the kitchen appliances. Also, there is a terrible ant problem at the villa in and around the pool deck. It was terrible to have to walk around/through them. I really think you need to get that situation under control before future guests arrive.

We had a very special family birthday celebration at Villa Ponti Bellavista for a week. The Lake Garda Villa Company was very responsive and helpful from helping us complete the booking and then throughout our stay. The Villa was the perfect size for 11 of us aged 91 to 2 1/2. It had stunning views and was well situated. We had a fantastic chef and his wife for the entire week so the meals were delicious. I would definitely recommend Lake Garda Villa Company as a resource for finding a villa in the Italian lake district.
