Finally had enough, 10 weeks with hardly any communication, we will ring you tomorrow said about the 10th time but never do!! Cancelled order today let's see how long it takes to get money back, another 10 weeks maybe??
Rang them to cancel what was said yet again we will ring you back ....
Poor poor poor customer service, avoid at all cost !!!!

The Lapa Company was a breath of fresh air to me when I needed to replace the thatching tiles on my South African thatched gazebo. “Standard” and “Combination” tiles were available, each tile being 80 cm wide. Combination tiles are made from natural cape reed covered over with synthetic “reeds”. I wanted to see these latter before buying, so went to the Lapa warehouse, which is in a lovely setting in Kent. Everyone there was most helpful and all my questions were answered. The combination tiles looked stunning, so I came away with the required number of these in cardboard boxes. The tiles were easy to clip onto the gazebo frame - and they look splendid. After-sales service was freely offered, such as dealing with the return of surplus tiles (I had the right number). I am very pleased - and the whole task of replacing my old worn tiles was simplicity in itself.

We purchased our Gazebo from Lapa, we renewed the tiles this year, purchased in April, Enough tiles to do a 2.4 mtr gazebo, with A layer heavy duty Tiles. These were not delivered until end of July, when they did arrive, they were 10 tiles short, even though they told us the provide kits tailored to the Gazebo, We had to pay a further £160 for more tiles, they said that they had sent enough, they sent two boxes with 6 in each which is clearly not enough to cover , however they refused to accept a fault.

This is the third time I've purchased thatched tiles from the Lapa Company. Their products are top quality, reasonably priced and delivered very promptly. I wouldn't go anywhere else and will almost definitely use them again in the future.

Helpful with ordering, efficient, prompt delivery and thatched replacement roof for Gazebo was just what I needed.

All was good. A minor movement on the price - say 5% - would have been appreciated but there was nothing forthcoming. SHAME.

Very friendly and helpful customer service. Excellent delivery organisation I had my thatch tiles delivered within a week of ordering them. I needed to return some of the tiles as I had too many, there was no issue with that I organised collection and returned them and had my refund within days of return. Will use the again if I need to and would have no problem recommending them to anyone else.

The product is excellent and we are very pleased with it. Looks good on what we have used it for and it is something different.
