The Lapa company were accurate on and efficient on delivery. The only reason for losing one star is that I believe that they should have exercised more quality control on the third party thatch tiles they were supplying.

Prompt delivery and installation to agreed date and time.
No issues with installation or site team.
Would recommend them.

Awful service sent numerous emails but …
Awful service sent numerous emails but no response go elsewhere next time. Initial service was good but product did not match the existing which wasn't lapas fault, I rang 3 times and sent numerous emails to Dan and didn't get any response.
