Item showed up 5 days after guaranteed expedited delivery date. Too bad I had already left for Colombia. Company offered me a $10 coupon code. What a joke of a company.

Good deals but you cant return or exchange anything?? Never had that before on a website, but its unfortunate because I'm stuck with the wrong size shoes

The sizing for baby swimming suits are very inaccurate and incorrect. I ordered REIMA Korfu Swimsuit - Toddler, size 12-18 months for a 9 months baby and it’s extremely small doesn’t fit her and it may fit a newborn baby.

Second item, SEIRUS Shield Masque Filter. The description on this item is misleading and deceptive. Last Hunt described the item as “The Shield mask filter creates a barrier that perfectly covers the holes in your go-to face protection so you don't have to settle for something less warm this season” I bought it because I thought it’s a face warmer. I received a piece of cloth that smells bad. It is not even a face mask but a piece of cloth. The description in the mask is “mask filter for social distancing”. Last Hunt, really? Can you describe the items accordingly and NOT mislead customers. I feel cheated.

The items are no refundable and not returnable so..

Bought a coat worth over $250 worth. Tracking eventually said "Delivered," but the package never arrived. Absolute scam.

Since then, The Last Hunt has provided ZERO support. They are completely MIA - no replies to emails, no help through contact forms, nothing. They have ignored all attempts to resolve this or issue a refund.

They took our money and then vanished. Do not trust this company with your money. You will get nothing and they will ghost you.

Placed an order Nov 22 and here it is Dec 16 and still no package. The shipper has been wonderful to deal with. The last hunt the worst customer service ever. Will not even respond to emails and ask to ship to different address. Just excuse after excuse. Wont even send replacement items. Will not order from them again. They are using the weather has an excuse.

Similarly to all other bad reviews, they sent two different sized boots and would not fix the mistake. Terrible company with a very slimy attitude. Predatory scammers who prey on those seeking a good deal to off-load junk they couldn't sell in their parent store, Altitude Sports. You may be fine, but if you have any problems, kiss that $$$ goodbye. Terrible!

I've had some good experiences shopping here, but I won't be buying from them again after an egregious bait and switch - an item advertised as 100% cashmere arrived with a completely different composition tag on the item itself (no cashmere at all)
Trying to get them to take any accountability at all was like pulling teeth. I didn't expect to be scammed by what I thought was a reputable company.

I ordered a pair of snowboard boots on sale, they sent me the lower end model, and tried to pass them off as the higher end model that I paid for. when I contacted them, they offered me $30 to keep them, even though they retail for $150 less. I said no, that was not going to work. they then assured me they could replace them

No costumer service they are scamer i dont beleive any of this positive review.

I've ordered from the last hunt several times and always had a great experience. I typically wait for flash sales and decreased shipping minimums. You should research the item from the store online and figure out if it's what you're looking for and measure your exact sizing as it is non refundable. I've ordered a North face winter coat, reima kids coat, bogs boots, etc., and most recently everyday Sunday bathing suit. Everything arrived on time and as expected at a great discount!

Really impressed with my experience here. Bought one of my favorite pairs of shoes (Norda 001) on a major discount. When an additional code didn’t work, I emailed support and they deducted the extra discount within minutes. Super impressed and pleased!

False advertising. Prices are the regular prices found in store. Very disappointing.

The tracking for delivery via Intercom/Dragonfly was a bit sketchy (it was not really updated for progress), but otherwise I got what I ordered at a good price. Customer service did respond to my emails regarding delivery status within a day or two of sending, so no complaints there.

Shopped with the last hunt twice and had no issues with products; both were great. Deliveries came the next day as I paid for. If you research product sizing before buying, you won't have any issues here. I'm writing this review 10 months after having the products as well, so they have been tested.

I took a chance and bought a pair of **Kamik Ariel Lo** boots, and I regret it. The **sizing chart is completely inaccurate** — the fit is way off. The boots are **extremely stiff**, and where the tongue crosses the widest part of your foot, instead of offering comfort, it actually causes pain.

There’s a **double stitch** on both the inside and outside that makes them **unbearably uncomfortable**. On top of that, this website **does not accept returns, offer refunds, or make price adjustments**.

**Save your money** and buy from a retailer that stands behind their products and allows returns. These boots are not worth the risk.

Wanted to cancel an order, right after it was placed but the CS refused. It's been 3 days and the order never got shipped.

No return policy..just wish the size of the shoes you usually wear fits you..otherwise...you are stuck with it...the greatest policy of em all if you want a one time buyer..I spent 300 $ on my first order and I love to drunk shop..its too bad!

Really bad costumer service. In fact costumer services doesn’t exit.
Shipping date that they gave you is wrong. Expect to have your items deliver a week later than the expected date. By the time I order and my items will arrived it will be over 3 weeks.

I've been shopping at The Last Hunt for the past 5 years or so. I love how cheap everything is - I buy just about everything I need clothing and footwear wise from there. Running shoes, technical hiking clothes, work pants, you name it. It's helped me become a more active person as well, which isn't a bad thing.

Yes, they do not do refunds or exchanges, unless the item purchased is not what was advertised. I've had that happen exactly twice. I ordered women's socks and got sent girl's socks during the pandemic. More recently I ordered a 1/4 zip pull over and got sent a long sleeve T. Both times, their customer assistance was courteous and helpful and quickly provided refunds on the incorrect products.

I can't recommend them enough!
