No Customer Service to respond to missing delivery. It's a week ago that I was emailed that package is out for delivery. After 3 days it was never delivered and never updated on the tracking site Nationex. It finally got updated that it will be reshipped. Then back again to Status 'Out for delivery' and at the same time 'InTransit' with no updated expected delivery date. I emailed twice to LastHunt that after today, I will not be available to receive. They have not responded. Customer Service is really nonexistent. Do business with LastHunt at your own risk

Quality at it's best! I found The Last Hunt by accident, and now that I live in a colder region, warmth is important to me; but so is quality.

You can depend on The Last Hunt to find quality for the entire family!

I have been ordering from The Last hunt for years. Their gear is always great quality and their prices always competitive as outdoor gear can be quite pricey at regular price. Whenever I have needed extra customer service they have always come through with flying colours, replying quickly and resolving my issue. I’ve only once needed to return an item because it was defective and they quickly refunded my order. I will continue to shop here and mention it to friends and family looking for great priced quality outdoor gear. Also an added plus that it’s a Canadian company.

They sent me a wrong sized backpack two times. Refunds take forever to process. Customer service by emails answers only every three days. By phone, they say they can’t do shit for you.

Useless company

The staff at “The Last Hunt” were prompt professional and understanding throughout the process of returning an incorrect item. I was super impressed with their commitment to customer service. I have been a loyal deal hunter for years, and will continue to buy from this great company. Thank you x

I have been shopping here for the past 2 years. Great products and affordable prices. Quick deliveries and great customer service. I had an issue with the shipping and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Will definitely shop again.

Sometimes great deals but you have to be cautious. They tend to increase the price at the same time as offering a "special extra discount." They sometimes even list the MSRP inaccurately. For example, pair of shoes they offer for 25% off the MSRP... but they wrongly list the MSRP as $199.99, when according to every other website for the identical style, colour, etc., including manufacturer's website, it's $169.99/$170. Seems unethical. It's a shame because. I'm a regular customer of both TLH and Altitude but take issue with the manipulation.

I understand all the bad reviews because of the company's strict final sale policy, but cmon guys, it's a clearly a final sale website where you can get the best price compared to other sites and they are transparent about this. You're taking a risk so you need to be 100% sure of what you're buying and the savings are definitely worth it. I feel like most customers might not have given The Last Hunt a chance to rectify an issue with their order or were not patient enough to wait for an email response, before writing a bad review. I've been shopping with them for YEARS and I've never had an issue with their customer service. I once received an item with a manufacturing defect so I reached out with pics and I had no issue returning the item and getting a refund. I was even able to purchase a replacement for the same price. Give them a chance, I highly recommend The Last Hunt! Keep in mind that when they're super busy (especially during Black Friday and the holidays) it may take a couple of days or even up to a week for a response

I have ordered here about a dozen times. I would say half the time I receive the incorrect product or size. They are very inconsistent and have horrible a customer service centre. They rarely reply and rely on the customer giving up so they can move on. That was my last order as the deals aren’t worth the hassle. I fact the deals aren’t that great - I found better deals at The manufacturers websites more often than not.

I ordered shoes for a hiking excursion Ouest. I have paid the fee for next day delivery... 3 days later, still waiting... nothing! Leaving by plane tomorrow morning, still NOTHING--- I was charge 2 time on my credit card!
I'm writing to them... no response, no phone number to adress this issue or see if I should go tonight at a store to buy some shoes. Very sad about this situation.

I had to come here and share my experience because I was really on the fence about ordering from TLH after reading some of the negative reviews. Most had to do with the wrong size etc. I was ordering a product I already own but is not available from Columbia anymore, so I know my size and what to expect. I opted for standard shipping. There were updates at every stage (order received, picked up, in transit, one hour away and delivered). My order arrived in 3 days and exactly what I wanted! So happy with this company!

I have ordered multiple things from the site. The last being a rain jacket that was 60% off.

I was disappointed when the winter boots that I ordered didn’t fit, however, I didn’t go to a local store and check out the brand to see how it fits (Either large or small or true.)

If you read the fine print, you will see that they stayed very plainly. There are no returns or refunds.

The items that I ordered came fairly quickly, in good condition, and were true to pictures.

I’m very happy with the store.

Reima Puhuri snowsuit that I ordered wasn’t described adequately on the website. I expected a proper winter snowsuit because based on specifications it was designed to withstand cold 0C- -20C, but what I received was a thin snowsuit for autumn/spring or a mild European winter at best. When I checked Reima’s official website it confirmed the snowsuit is rated as lightweight. Which Last Hunt avoided/failed to mention. Their customer support was useless, just quoted their no return/no exchange policy. So, keep in mind to cross check a product description with a manufacturer’s site at all times!

I vaguely remembered someone calling TLH a scam in a random comment I saw online. Still, I couldn’t resist that price and went ahead and placed the order.

Then… silence.
No confirmation.
No updates.
No reply to my email.

I was like..damn, I'm fxxxed...

But guess what?
Right on the estimated delivery date, the package arrived—brand new, legit New Balance sneakers. Fancy and flawless.

Total rollercoaster. But hey, I got the shoes.

I recently ordered some shoes from them and some shorts. She shoes arrived dirty and had the insoles removed. The shorts were also not the colour shown online. This is not the first time I’ve had a poor experience with them and this will be my last. They won’t ever see another dime from me. I will gladly shop around next time.

I recently purchased a lifejacket from this site and was disappointed to find it extremely thick, stiff, and uncomfortable to wear. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize there was no option for reimbursement or return, which left me stuck with a $120 item I can’t use. I wish the product description had been clearer about the fit and comfort, and that the return policy was more flexible. Disappointing experience overall.

Last Hunt is a nightmare. The free shipping minimum is ridiculously high, which is already annoying—but the real issue came when my package got delivered to the wrong building. They flat-out refused to refund me. No help, no solutions. I had to go through my credit card company and file a chargeback just to get my money back.

Customer service? Basically doesn’t exist. No phone number, no chat, and they take DAYS to reply to a single email—if they even bother. It felt like they just didn’t care at all.

Save yourself the headache. Not worth the stress or the money.
