No response from customer service about the status of my order
We bought a couple items from the last hunt on November 22nd. We were supposed to get the items on November 25th. We check the tracking every day and it says that the carrier “received” the order but no movement since. We saw that it’s missing our apartment number. We then emailed the last hunt to see what’s going on and no answer, so we emailed the carrier service on December 2nd and they told us that they reached out to the last hunt to confirm our order but because the last hunt didn’t respond to them in 48 hours, they returned the order back to “altitude sport” warehouse on November 26th. We didn’t get a contact from the last hunt about the need to confirm our order. If we didn’t reach out to the carrier we wouldn’t have known about this issue. I finally reached out on Facebook messenger and they said “we have resent your shipping address to our shipping department to ensure the package is delivered to the correct address” but the thing is they haven’t asked us to re-confirm our address with the correct apartment number. The last response that we got from the last hunt on Facebook messenger was on Dec 6th at 4:30PM and nothing yet. We have bought some items from the last hunt before and it was a great experience, but if we would’ve known this is the kind of customer service we get, I would’ve bought the items with a different company to make sure that this arrive in time to gift these items for our family. I’d expect a better customer service than this.
Zero customer service in case of Exception
I ordered a pair of skis and paid for express delivery on 27th November , the website indicated they will deliver on 28th November. The skis are not yet delivered. They refunded the express shipping charge but my skis are not delivered as of 4th December 2024 and I have paid for it. The customer support is non existent. I probably have to sue them for not delivering and charging my credit card. The order number is TLH 1342170

I ordered a pair of Hooka boots and a winter jacket was excited great deal parcel came open the boots Andy 1 boot . Contacted The Lat Hunt via email 3 days to return my email they told me to send it back and they would refund it and I would have to buy another pair to secure the sale price . So now they have my money 2 times and said after the return it would take 3 business days to refund they had the BOOT in their possession since Nov 18th I paid the credit card so I wouldn’t carry a balance as of today after I been told it’s being processed still no refund as of Monday they said I wouldn’t carry a receive an email that my funds have been returned to my card it’s Dec 4th no email no refund this company is scamming me and I don’t feel comfortable shopping online . They offered me $10 for my inconvenience 1 where would I spend it not with them I am done isn’t this crazy I never experienced anything like this before . Is this a legit company I don’t know

I have been a client of the last Hunt since the inception of the company. I did read many reviews and some very negative regarding customer service.
I did order skis and Poles that were supposed to be shipped the next day ( paid $6 ). Got the poles no skis.
Contacted customer service via email since they dont have a phone service, Wich I find inconvenient, however they did respond with in a few hours and did locate my order for the skis. A label was created at Fedex, this you see when you click order status.
So for a few day check the order and nothing was sent so send an email to last Hunt to see why the order was and finally they called Fed ex and got an notice from Fedex. Showing a pick up.
So I have really no real issues with their customer service, Fedex was the issue since they did not pick up the package once the label was created.

I really don’t understand why the Last Hunt doesn’t have great reviews!! I have ordered from there EIGHT times in the last few years and 7/8 orders were excellent!: QUICK shipment, great prices, and just what I wanted. Only ONCE was my order disappointing as it was wet but guess what? EVERY time I sent an email about it, I got a speedy response and they DID give me a discount so I was OK about it!, Honestly, I’ve NEVER had better: PRICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, and fast shipment!!! I can’t believe it! I LOVE this Company!! I will be ordering again and again!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥳🥳🥳
Don’t Trust Them
This company uses half assed delivery devices that drop packages - in a major city - at 10PM on a Saturday. Of course the package was stolen. It’s insanely stupid. Don’t buy into the savings, it’s just not worth it.
Pay attention & read carefully for rewarding shopping
After my 1st positive experience I've returned to The Last Hunt several times and my opinion of this store remains unchanged. You can save A LOT of money shopping here - even MORE if you pay attention to specials and last-minute sales
Place has an unfairly low score from consumers who refuse to accept simple realities of online shopping; you can't change an order after it's placed, return an item that's already marked down by 70% or get a refund
(LOL) if the price is reduced after you bought it ~ Imagine if stores could send customers a bill when they raised the price of something a guy had already bought!?
Unfortunately, consumers have a (largely undeserved) sense of entitlement, perhaps due in part to traditionally generous policies of our southern neighbors. Regardless, terms are clearly laid out on the site. You've got to click a box that says you agree and understand - or the software won't allow you to make the purchase at all!
I look at pricing fluctuations like a little game we play with online retailers (most of em do it now) and the worst thing that happens is I lose a buck or two here and there. Nothing like the dough I used to blow on ponies at the track. And now I'm wearing much nicer track suits to boot!
Ordered a Jacket
Ordered a Jacket, I was emailed three days later that it was cancelled due to inventory issues.
The jacket was then posted the following day so I reordered right away. Two days later its cancelled again.

BEWARE- non-client centric biz model
Company is completely non-client centric. I cannot underscore this enough. Then other day, within 5 mins of placing an order, I contacted the company to request a change in size for one of the items, from a medium to a large after determining on the clothing manufacturer’s website the actual measurements. The Last Hunt placed two different sets of measurements for the same article, without specifying which set applies. In response, I received carbon copy cut and paste email from the Last Hunt indicating that they do not accept any modifications to the order, and are not willing to cancel an order. They then had the gull to complete their message stating that should I have any issues or concerns to let them know. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage others from shopping with this company, particularly if they have any hesitation about the order. Think twice, and perhaps again. In this day and age, companies need to be more client-centric or they may need to soon find a new customer base.

Advertises free shipping on orders over $200 ...and their system will even prompt you to buy more if your purchase is less than $200... when you get to the checkout,, you're charged a shipping fee,... because you live in a remote area....??.... and the remote area is Corner Brook Nl...the second largest city in N.L......???... NOT EXACTLY A REMOTE AREA....when I wrote them about this they pointed out the fine print concerning shipping charges to remote areas....which I clearly seen with a microscope...they also claimed that the charges were " beyond their control "....
Product back-ordered and told more than a month after
I want to share my experience with my recent order from The Last Hunt, which has left me quite frustrated. I placed my order over a month ago and was charged immediately, but now I’ve been informed that the item is back-ordered and unavailable.
This delay has caused me to miss out on local deals and sales, as I thought I was set for the season. Now, I’ll need to spend more to find a replacement elsewhere. This will teach me not to encourage these types of businesses. Instead, I will encourage my local shops even if I pay a little more for the product.
Unfortunately, this was my first experience with The Last Hunt, and it will likely be my last. I feel disappointed and will be sharing my experience with friends and family. I hope this feedback can help improve the service for future customers.

Today I received my Big Agnes HV UL 4-person tent just 5-days after ordering (it was a GREAT deal). I'm definitely feeling confident enough to give The Last Hunt another go.

Used The Last Hunt for several purchases now, its always tricky when figuring out sizing when buying online however I haven't run into many major issues. They have a great selection of brands and products and my favorite part of all is using Sezzle to pay for my purchase making it a lot easier financially on me.

Mindful. When the prices really drop on item it cause they are trying to clear it out. Have had success I pay attention to price to see if the flash sale is worth it from what it was before. I have had no problem with my stuff it’s just clearance. Some things I can find cheaper at winners and don’t need and won’t buy, some high end outdoor gear forget about it, it’s cheaper here when they have good sales. End of the day just have to know prices and fit and you can score some amazing deals. Don’t understand the hate.

Their pricing scheme should be illegal if not already. Their prices change daily. They offer "flash sales" to save 20 - 25% off products but 2 days before the sale they increase their prices by more than 25% - so the flash sale is just a manipulation to convince the buyer they are saving money. Shady! A shirt I was interested in 2 days ago was $58 - it's now $78 (an increase of 35%) but on sale for an extra 20% off the listed price. Highway robbery.
Flash sales are deceptive
Flash sales are deceptive. They raise the prices just before issuing a flash sale. Price is basically the same or even higher. That said, good product and I am an active purchaser - but price check very very carefully these days.
Non existence customer support…
Extremely poor customer service and their polices of exchange and price matching is deplorable. When people are purchasing clothing it is difficult to determine even with measurements if the fit is correct.
Stay away from this company spend your money on a store or online site that actually supports great customer experience.
They hide behind Quebec retail laws which basically if you are not a Quebecer good luck.
They have a parent company Altitude sports that basically distances themselves from this company but it is just as aweful with no help with exchanges.
Just crap. Money grabbing business keen on getting your money is the bottom line.
