They sell top quality brands and there are at times some amazing deals on this website, BUT you need to be sure that it will fit, or be willing to take a risk. I've done so over and over again and my experience is very positive : I've ordered from them more than 25 times, and I will continue to do so, but I always do some research at first. How is the item rated on other sites? Does it fit big, small, are there issues I should know about? I mostly get it right, and it is worth it. Have I been wrong a couple of times, yes, but I have resold the items or I've kept them even if it is not 100% perfect (no default, just no the perfect size).

They shipped the wrong item and I had to walk 50 minutes to a post office and line up for 20 minutes to return the item. I had to buy packing tape as well. I would recommend avoiding them.

Stay away from this total scam. They prey on people who are on their site for the first time and didn’t know they won’t exchange or refund for whatever reason. According to their policy, u get nothing back if size dont fit, style don’t match picture, not even if they sell u a fake. Only when there is a major quality issue. Take a wild guess who gets to decide if there is a quality issue! Themselves! And guess why they don’t have a Google listing, no contact phone number, no yelp, no BBB, almost no where u can leave a review? I’m guessing they will get hundreds of one star reviews in a week!

My opinion about this site is mixed. I have placed many orders in the past, but at the moment, I do not intend to place any new ones.

The positives: the site often offers interesting promotions, has a large inventory, and delivery has always been without issues.

The negatives: the shopping experience has been marred by constant price fluctuations. I understand that promotions can change and can be missed, which is common in all stores. What is frustrating is that clearance prices (before promotions) also constantly change.

For example, I had spotted an interesting pair of shoes. Initially priced at $136.49, I received an email indicating a price drop, was then $116.99 on the website. Not ready to buy yet, I waited for a possible promotion. A few days later, there was a 20% promotion, but the price of the shoes went back up to $136.49... It's normal for a promotion to change, but for the clearance price (which seems to become the new "regular" price as this is a clearance store) to fluctuate like this with promotions seems dishonest to me.

Furthermore, I have had disappointing experiences with size indications. All items on the site are final sale, so it would be essential to have clear size indications. With each purchase, I am forced to check the brand's website to confirm sizes because I have made mistakes in the past by relying solely on The Last Hunt's information.

In summary, although this site offers interesting advantages, price fluctuations and size information could greatly be improved to offer a better shopping experience.

I'm used to buy from The Last Hunt but that is it for me. I bought a pair of Doctor Martens 1460 Pascal size 12/13 and I received a size 11/12. When I wrote to them to mention the mistake it took them 3 days to reply, once they did they apologized and told me it was an error in their inventory and they don't have the 12/13 so they sent me a return tag with Canada Post.

They received the boots in perfect condition on April 16th, I didn't hear from them so I wrote on April 18th and I was told it takes 5-7 business days to process the refund which is very long since they usually don't get returns so their volumes must be low.

Yesterday was the 7th business day, I wrote back to them because I still hadn't heard from them, they didn't even reply to my email. They currently have a charge of 221$ on my credit card that they aren't refunding even if they confirmed it was their mistake.

So beware they might keep your money even if THEY made a mistake in your order.

I bought the Ramverk Pro 2 months ago after nearly a year of doing my research online for a new backpack. At first I loved it, paired with the large insert there is plenty of space for all my camera gear and the bag looks sleek. After 2 months the laptop pouch zipper thread ripped off of the lining inside. This was not from any abnormal pulling or being aggressive with the bag. I have been trying for a week now to reach out and get this resolved as being a full time photographer and not being able to carry my laptop around with me has been miserable. It would be great if someone could get back to me on this.

I have been buying from The last hunt for a couple of years now. What you need to know is. All sales a final. Know your sizing read up on the internet what you are purchasing. All of the articles they sell are last year, discontinued etc. items Do your homework first before clicking buy. They do explain the No exchanges or refunds. They have great deals from good brands.

Careful, all sales are final, no return. But if you know what you want, you have end of the line, previous year product for a great price. In the past delivery was awful, they improve, but better pay the 8$ one, next day in Montreal region, innacurate (they say it'll arrive vetween 5:00PM and 6:00PM, they postpone it each hour until 9:30PM), but I got it. I would have given 1 star 2 years ago, now 3 because of the no return policy, but it's a legitimate company.

IF you shop here, remember they don't offer refunds. Apparently it is in their very fine print. If the shoes /item don't fit - too bad. You threw your money away. If what arrives is something you don't ever recall even looking at. They just take your money. They just took over $100 for no-name crap running shoes that were sent. When I was shopping I was only look at Roka runners and somehow these no-name whatever they are were delivered. No refunds. No integrity and no accountability. I would have paid return shipping as I WILL NEVER wear these CHEAP SHOES and I definitely would NEVER have bought no-name shoes for +$100 dollars. TEMU and WISH are better than these CHARLETONS. As a long term customer, I recently purchased a jacket that ended up being nothing like the size indicated, as if the tag was wrong. No recourse, no help. Poor service. I have stopped my subscription to their ads. There are better sales (and service) elsewhere nowadays.

Excellent deals on outdoor gear. This is a clearance store, everything is final sale and the terms are clearly indicated when you check out. As long as you understand this, and pay attention to the sizing charts, you can pick up some great deals. Shipping is fast. I've been shopping here for years. All good.

UPDATE. It turned out that there was a ‘trick’ to doing up the zipper and silicone was also applied. The zipper is functional. The seller did get in touch with me and offered a resolution had the zipper been defective.

I purchased a down jacket. Good price, quick delivery however the zipper is defective and not operable so the jacket is unwearable. A total waste of money. I will have to put in a new zipper in order to make the jacket wearable.

Emailed seller with no response.

Surprised about all the negative reviews, I did several purchases and always received the exact items as described to an awsome price! Don't buy anything you're uncertain about the size and do your own research about the product and you will be happy!

I read a ton of negative reviews on here in regards to this website but they had a tshirt that I cudnt find anywhere else so I rolled the dice! I cudnt be happier with my purchase. They provided tracking with a courier I have never heard of but it all went swimmingly. Got the right order, right size and I luv it. I will definitely order from them again.

After reading all the negative feedback, i was hesitant to order but did anyways. Item was as described, transaction and shipping very smooth and quick. Would not hesitate to order from them again. From N.B. Canada.

Waited 2 months, my order didn’t come in. I contacted the carrier and they told me Last Hunt did not even give it to them. Many follow ups with Last Hunt, they didn’t care at all about finding out where my package was nor did they give me a timeline. Scams.

I will buck the trend a bit and give Last Hunt a good review, I got exactly what I ordered within a reasonable time and saved 1/2 from Amazon and other retailers. Keep in mind they are a discount retailer with NO RETURNS. This is why they are cheap, so know what you want and make sure it fits before you ordered.

For me I ordered a pair of mens 13 Keen sandals and thats what I got. I knew that size would fit, I was not disappointed and I saved a lot of money

After reading reviews, I was a bit skeptical about purchasing there, but decided to give it a shot and wow! The purchase was very easy and it came in 2 days even though I chose standard delivery! There was no defect and it was high quality. I suppose people do not read thoroughly enough and have a bad experience after. For example, that it's final sale and to make sure you check the sizing of the item before ordering. Overall, a great experience for myself.
