Professional, friendly, knowledgeable.

An all round good experience. Good comms ahead of the visit and, when he arrived, Andy got straight to work detecting a troublesome ceiling leak with his camera and infrared monitor. Throughout the time that he was on site, Andy explained what he was doing and he was very thorough and systematic in his work. He found the cause of the leak successfully and was conscientious about tidying up afterwards.

Very good experience. Booking an appointment was quick and easy. The engineer Simon arrived bang on time, and was both friendly and professional. He explained everything that he was doing, helped by photographs that he had taken. While he was unable to find a leak on this occasion, this was down to the state of our hearing system, which turned out to be full of sludge. Simon was extremely helpful in pinpointing problems, and providing detailed advice on the next steps that should be taken. A detailed report was emailed the following day.

I've been blown away by the amazing service, truly. I've dealt with so many companies who often have poor response times, long delays for reports and poor service however I am so glad I chose this company.

I have suspected a mains leak which I needed to identify to take it to my utility company and it honestly took years of stress and financial loss however the leak detection company organised for Jamie to come out quite quickly, they didn't go over the minimum time/payment at my property which was a relief and I received the report the very next day! The leak detector was professional and informative. He detected the leak underfloor and resolved it very fast leaving the house clean and tidy on his departure.

Their communication was clear and prompt, which immediately gave us confidence. Andy, the engineer arrived on time, was very polite, tidy and respectful of our home. He took the time to explain each step of the process so we understood exactly what was happening.
It took some time to locate the source of the leak, but using the advanced equipment that meant there was no unnecessary damage to our home. What really impressed us was how thorough Andy was checking everything and making sure the problem was properly diagnosed.

Great communication, highly competent, reasonably priced. Found the likely leak under the bathroom floor.

A really positive experience all around. Jonathan turned up on time and was immediately very friendly. He explained clearly what he was going to do and then got on and found the leak. He proceeded to fix it and despite the terrible weather did a great job tidying up. If only all trades were like Jonathan!

The engineer arrived right on time. He was very professional, explained his plan in detail how he would investigate the leak. He was very methodical as he proceeded and adjusted his plan accordingly throughout the whole investigation as new information uncovered. Turned out he spent 1.5 hours more than the min charge covered. Although no 100% conclusion drawn yet, he left with suggestions how we would work together in next few days to provide him more timely information. And he WhatsApp me in the evening asking for additional information, he cares. It is expensive, but among two other companies we consulted with before, we trust that the Leak Detection Company is our best bet so far to get to the bottom of the problems and fix them. There will be more upcoming visit, more payment ... but we will stick to this company until they draw a conclusion with a plan.

Both the admin team and engineers onsite are always both knowledgable and helpful.

Nick was prompt and courteous and with his knowledge and specialist equipment was able to detect the leakage problem which was diagnosed and fixed economically. Very satisfied.

Excellent job. This company can`t be faulted from the our initial enquiry with the Sam in the office right through to Anthony who came to find and sort out the leak.

Anthony was professional, polite and explained everything to us. We were worried he would not be able to locate the leak as it wasn't major and you could not see any evidence of it. But he found it, fixed it and tidied up

Its never a good experience having a leak but TLDC responded quickly to investigate a likely leak (spinning roadside meter). The office team were helpful and professional and an engineer (Anthony) was onsite a few days later and quickly found the leak under our driveway using compressed gas. He dug down to find that a T-connector to an outside tap was the cuplrit. He first attempted repairs with the existing T but ultimately replaced it and all has been well. Anthony was professional and friendly and a bonus is that we now know where our mains supply pipe (and weak points are). I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
