Poor Customer Service
Really poor customer service for landlords. High staff turnover and very slow in getting back to questions and emails. Frustrating dealing with them especially when there a problems. But of course, happy to bill the landlord !

Friendly and approachable agency
I've been looking for a new place for months which is a super stressful process in the current property market situation. Jemma has been friendly and accommodating through the process of letting. After a long search and getting in touch with different letting agencies, the Letting Game was the most approachable and easy to contact. All my emails and phone calls have always been answered so I never felt ignored. Great service from Jemma
Contacted the agency to arrange a viewing last Tuesday, but was unable to make the suggested same day time owing to the need to commute between cities. Jemma took my contact details and called me again on Friday to say the place I was looking at is still available and arranged a same day viewing. When I arrived, Jemma was very friendly and professional, and took any questions I had. Was able to sort out the holding deposit on the same day to secure the place. Great service! Thank you Jemma and the Letting Game.
A (minor) negative is that the referencing forms are not clear on what information to put if you are moving city to start a new job after graduation.
