Problem quickly rectified
Originally the wrong order was shipped, but even before it arrived we were contacted by the company to explain the mistake (a new member of staff) and informed the correct order had been sent out for express delivery and with it a pre paid return label. The speed and professionalism in correcting their mistake was admirable.
