We have bought from Little Green Sheep (LGS) before without any issues and love their products. This time there was an issue with a mattress going missing in transit, LGS responded quickly when contacted and another mattress was quickly dispatched without hesitation.

I had a small issue with receiving the wrong lining in my moses basket, I phoned customer service and was given clear instructions of how to resolve this, I couldn’t believe how quickly my issue was resolved (the next day) and I was even able to keep the wrong lining as a spare! I am so pleased with the service from the little green sheep regardless of the small mixup, highly recommend and I will be ordering more, thank you very much! :)

Emailed on the 17th of May asking if their mattresses comply with latest regulation BS 7177. Got a reply from Holly on the 19th saying she'd look into it & get back to me (I thought it was odd that they didnt know).
Anyway, waited till the 24th with no reply, chased it & all I got were my own emails back to me. Phoned & got the PA who took a message. She then accidentally copied me in an email meant for Demi; not only completely spelling my name wrong but slagging me off! Thanks for that.
There are other organic mattress companies, one of which is approved by the Lullaby Trust - shop there instead.

What a great company! There were some issues with my baby's mattress, and they replaced it immediately. Great customer service, and more than great product! (The twist cot mattress) Happy I purchased from them and definitely will do again in the future.

Demi and Holly were really amazing and so understanding. Our mattress had mould on the underside and we've got no damp in our house, we'd also been using the mattress protector too from Little Green Sheep but there must've been a fault. Anyway, after sharing photos and proof of purchase (from Jan 2020) they'd confirmed a replacement. I cannot be more pleased my little boy absolutely loves his bed and ever since we changed to a little green sheep mattress he sleeps through! It's just so comfy for him.

I ordered a baby gym and contacted customer service as it had been a while since I ordered but I hadn’t received it. They got back in touch very quickly letting me know that it had been dispatched but the tracking wasn’t working and that they would dispatch a replacement immediately via a different delivery company. It came very quickly and I am very happy with the product.

I would not hesitate to order from them again in future given the great customer service.

Demi from customer service was great help and immediately scheduled an exchange of a “faulty” (scratch on the fabric) sleeping bag we received. The sleeping bag is made from good quality material and feels very soft. Love that the zip is placed on a side!

Advertising non-existent savings. They advertise savings if you buy double packs, but they're not applied on their website. I emailed customer services about it & they asked their web team to correct one item online, but they didn't make changes to the rest. I don't understand it - I'm trying to buy their products in line with their advertising & they're acting like they're doing me a favour?! 2 stars only because they (quite slowly) reply to emails but for now I'm not used to having to work this hard just to buy something so for now they have lost a customer.

Holly in customer services is just fantastic. I already have the Moses Basket and stand from LGS which baby has outgrown. I wanted a LGS mattress for our new cot which is an unique shape. Unfortunately, there has been an issue with the cot so we have chosen a new one which is a standard shape. No issues with returning the unopened mattress, which was due to the excellent service provided by Holly who was professional, helpful and efficient.

We had a problem with our cot mattress but Holly in the Customer Service Team was fantastic. Really simple to get a replacement and friendly.

Our first mattress we have had for 2 years with no problem. Really good quality.

They charged me a price including VAT and told ROI customs "Delivered Taxes Unpaid (DTU) and now I am faced to pay double tax for a mattress. They mislead me by saying additional cost might only be for duty fee. I will never buy anything from them again.

I've being shopping from many UK stores but I've never encountered with double taxation situation, they don't charge UK VAT or refund it after sale. But for this particular case, I even had to pay tax of tax.

You should specify in the product details that the mattress smells like barn and especially that the smell does not fade over time and sticks to the baby!!!

Cost too high considering this annoying feature. I do not recommend the purchase.

I bought their mattress for my baby in June 2022, when I opened it I immediately noticed a strong, nauseating barn smell. I tried to read reviews and some customers were complaining of the same problem as me. I then aired the mattress for two whole days as recommended but nothing. In July I left for two months for our holidays, hoping that after two months without any cover (mattress protector and sheet) the smell would go away but nothing.
The barn smell lingers on my baby's skin and pyjamas and that bothers me tremendously.
I had an email exchange with customer service: they dismissed me by saying that it is past time to return the item.
I FIND IT VERY DISHONEST of them that, considering the cost of the mattress, it is not clearly stated on their website that the it has a characteristic barn smell, because if that had been the case I WOULD NEVER HAVE BUYED THIS ITEM.
I wasted money and time.

What a great company. We bought our first baby’s Moses basket and mattress from them years ago and recently one for our new baby as well as a junior mattress for our (now) 8 year old. Really good old fashioned customer service - hard to find such nice folks to deal with anymore. Had a problem with the recycling of our old mattress - sorted immediately on the phone and offered service for free. Feeling great. Thank you.

I received excellent customer service from Nikki when there was an error with my order. Nikki responded to my email within one working day and sent a replacement immediately and that arrived within a couple of days. Couldn’t recommend this company enough! Thank you

The product is great. I thought the mattress may be heavier than usual but wasn’t, and doesn’t have the chemical smell which is as hoped. There was a problem with delivery, the delivery firm not the shop. The little green sheep automatically sorted out.

I ordered the twist natural fit cot bed mattress, protector and 2 sheets at £256. However upon reviewing the mattress and fitting it into our cot I realised that I had been sent the wrong size. The protector and sheets however came on a different Day. The packaging that these came in was damaged and ripped leaving the contents exposed.
After going backwards and forwards for 5 days on email, I eventually ended up ringing them to resolve the matter where they finally agreed to send a replacement. The delivery I was told would be in 2 days time on a Friday however I wasn’t given a delivery time and was told it could be anywhere between 8am and 6pm. This was the same with the return which was to be collected by currier on the following Monday. I was told yet again that I would not have a specific time it would just be between the hours of 8am and 6pm however if the currier wasn’t able to make it that day then I’d have to wait in on the Tuesday until they had been. This wouldn’t be so bad not for the fact that I have a 3 month old infant who is also suffering from having to stay in not 2 but maybe 3 days to sort an issue that wasn’t our fault. How is this classed as being acceptable and why should I have to be the one to sacrifice my time and sit in the house all day with an infant to wait for a currier that may not come. All in all for the amount of money I spent the service I got wasn’t adequate or acceptable. I wasn’t even offered any form of compensation for the troubles caused from both the faulty and wrong items sent or the inconvenience of having to wait for the currier for possibly 3 days
