When my order never arrived even though it said it was delivered it didn't take them but one email to take care of the situation! Not only that this is the best tea I've ever had in my life and I don't like tea!

I saw an ad for the loaded tea shop. I said why not. I ordered and then I never looked back. Sooo delicious and it's all natural. It gives me energy for a long time and no hard crashes like with those horrible monster drinks or red bull.

I have shared with co-workers about 13 of them and they are hooked. You have to try it I promise you you'll never go back.

The teas taste very good, but so does Kool aid! They are very sweet, I deluted mine way down. The sucralose makes me hungry as all artificial sweeteners have a way of doing. They do not give me energy as advertised and I can't find any ingredient listed that is actually caffeine. I think they're a little pricey just to have a drink that tastes good. I bought them thinking they would give me extra energy but I have not found that to be so.

The whole experience of ordering and drinking tea has been fantastic! The orders ship quickly and the teas are so good! I have seen comments where they are too sweet. (Add more water) there is so much flavor a little extra water will not matter. I have ordered 4 or 5 times. Every time I get a little low - I panic until I open the mailbox and there is my next order. Remember the old cereal commercial (yes, I am that old) it said “try it, you’ll like it”. Trust me. 😁

I was skeptical....then I tasted and in just 10 days I'm 3 orders in! Each order bigger than the last. I gave up cola's a couple of months ago and trying to find something I really like has been difficult. Loaded Tea Company has changed all that for me. Move over.....soda..... there's a new Beverage in town and it's amazing.

I incorrectly thought I did not receive what I ordered. They immediately reached out to rectify the problem (though the problem was me). They are very responsive from the moment you place your order until they know you are completely satisfied. I have not yet tried the product but am sure it will be great.

I've ordered from this company twice now and the flavors are out of this world. Absolutely delicious! I can't even imagine not having one of these teas every single day of my life! On my second order, they sent me the wrong quantity and when I reached out regarding the issue, they were prompt in their response and fixed the issue for me in under 24 hours. I've already got my missing items headed to me in the mail. Excellent customer service and a superior product. 10/10

My wife first tried their Teas a couple of months ago and after the first one she became addicted to them. This will be my 3rd order from them and they have such a variety of flavors, that you'll never get tired of them. I messed up and it auto-filled my old address on the most recent order, so I reached out to customer service and asked if they could change the shipping address to my billing address and within an hour it was changed and crisis averted! Awesome customer service, and fantastic teas that don't have too much or too little caffeine and aren't loaded with ingredients that will make you crash or make you feel like garbage!

Not only are the products awesome and shipped out quickly, but their level of customer service is amazing!!! I reached out to them with an issue that was entirely my fault and they were quick to fix it for me. All they had was my name and they got right to it and took care of me so I GREATLY appreciate them going the extra mile!

These teas have revolutionized my life! The clean energy and vitamin support is out of this world and the fact that there are zero sugars calories etc. blows my mind because they are so delicious!! I love the fact it's a small business and the customer service is phenomenal. I have gotten several fellow nurses in my unit on these teas and let me thank you in behalf of our department because honey, these teas are making even the toughest days a breeze!! All the flavors are delicious but I would have to say frog spit is my fave currently. You have got to get on the loaded tea train!!!

This is a business that absolutely practices what they preach, they put customer satisfaction first. 1st things 1st, the tea flavors are amazing. They are great solo or if you mix with flavored syrups or even sparkling water. But the real kicker is as Im waiting on my 4th order, the company emails me and says they notice an issue with the shipping and went ahead and sent me a replacement order! What company now a days actually checks and makes sure the order was received. I’m a business owner and they’ve definitely inspired me to step it up! I’m a forever customer now FOR SURE!

Well, to start with the mixes are delicious. I haven't had a bad one yet. I'm even mixing flavors now. Once I had the Cinnaburst, I had to have that kick at the end of most of my drinks. Obsessed!!
Most importantly the customer service is amazing. My Shop Pay had a temp address and I didn't realize until after I hit the bottom. I went straight to the confirmation email and replied with cancel or update my address. A big OOPSIE on my part. Within minutes thet replied back with confirmation they fixed my address. So, no need for me to reorder.
Awesome!! You just can't ask for better.
