I accidentally forgot to add the discount to my order and customer support was wonderful! They responded immediately when I emailed them and adjusted the amount of the discount and refunded the difference. This is my second order of Loaded Tea and I love all of the flavors I have tried so far!

Loaded Tea tastes great 0% of the bad stuff 100% of the good stuff and taste Grrrrrreat feels wonderful. It's not an overbearing caffeine boost/rush. It's very refreshing. This is a win win productive

The tea is great its everything the other reviews say. No "fake sugar" taste. You can also get more then 32oz out of it. Clean energy, for sure. I feel safe giving it to my kids. The customer service is outstanding, I forgot to up date my address. My other order went to my old address, they sent me out my same, order and didnt charge me. The teas truely do arrive in about 4 days after ordering. I highly recommend this company.

I would like to take time out in my busy schedule to let everyone know how much I The loaded tea. I was very skeptical about trying to drink the tea because it said energy drink. I did not want to be jittery all day or have My heart race all day. I have enjoyed all of the flavors that I have had. Haven't picked out my favorite yet but the one thing I was mostly impressed about was the flavor the taste and the simple fact that they don't use any of the red dyes keep up the good work if you want to try something really good a lot of flavors please give them a try.

Customer service is top notch! I mistakenly thought my order was not correct, I emailed the company at 4:30pm and revieved a human response within 30 minutes. I realized the mistake was mine. I could not wait until tomorrow to try one of the teas. I made it and my mouth and mind are blown with how great it tastes! Im already planning to make another order next week! Thank you so much

I have truly found a drink that tastes absolutely amazing and refreshing without having to taste aspartame and that fills your system with nasty chemicals. I highly recommend everyone trying this and the flavors are delightful with good energy. Finally a drink that is not expensive either. My auto fill put my old address in, and I didn't catch it until the order went through. I contacted the loaded Tea Shop and told them what happened, and they got right on it and took care of everything. They were very polite and helpful. I strongly recommend buying from here.

Soo glad I found these teas! They are absolutely delicious 😋 A great alternative for anyone who needs an extra boost of energy but doesn't want to fill their bodies full of unhealthy caffeine. You can increase or decrease the amount of energy with the amount of packet to water ratio you use. Their customer service is top notch! They are full of vitamins and the best part my Dr approves of me drinking them! I haven't found a flavor I don't like. I can make a drink in the morning and just keep adding water to it throughout the day! 1000% recommend Loaded Teas to everyone!!! I'm already on my 3rd order ! They have a lifetime member in me now!!!

$4 each is bit steep. I though the pricing was maybe a box of 4 or something because it isn't super clear on the website. Yes you choose "how many" but I didn't imagine they literally meant $4 per drink packet. Mine came shoved in a bag some folded in half and 2 were broken open. Still enough to taste and the taste is very abundant. You can obviously adjust it to your liking and a little goes a long way so that's nice.

What stood out to me with this company is the artwork on the website, packaging, and the vibe the website brings! I'm quick to fall trap to products that are heavily promoted. But after ordering these teas and having helpful conversations with the customer service team, I am SO HAPPY! The tea tastes amazing, I'm a less sweet kind of girl so I water mine down a lot. Which means it lasts longer for me! I've tried two so far and the flavors are so unique to anything I've tried. I'm very happy with this product and enjoying sipping all day. It gives me light, but constant energy and I had no problem falling asleep at night after sipping until 6pm. Very happy with this company and will be a constant customer!

I have been purchasing the loaded tea for the past few months… I am not one that can tolerate artificial sweeteners and funny aftertaste. These loaded tea flavors are wonderful. When enjoying a single flavor alone or combining. They are all really delicious with no funny aftertaste for me. The instructions tell you how to prepare it however, out of one pouch I can actually get 4 20 ounce servings without compromising on flavor or the sweetness so my purchases go a really long way… and if you want to kick it up a notch, add a good sparkling water instead of regular water – absolutely AMAZING! Even when I didn't receive a shipment, the company was very prompt and sending me out a new shipment at no cost. They are also very responsive when you send an email and communicate well. I support this company because I try to support minority and women business owners. Many time in doing that I have been disappointed with the quality of the product. But in this case – I encourage you to at least try them! They are delicious. They give wonderful energy without any type of burnout and it's considered to be a clean product. I have even mixed the flavors with my unsweetened fresh brew tea… What a treat every time I take a sip… Thank you, thank you thank you for providing such a great product.

I ordered my 1st batch of teas and got them super fast and they were amazing!! I ordered me a 2nd batch and was so looking forward to the order. Well, the order has not yet arrived and it’s been 2 weeks. I reached out to customer service and they instantly made it right. Resent my order along with a coupon that I will be using once I get my order. If you have not tried these teas you are missing out. And the fact that they come from a company that cares makes them taste that much better!!

My first order arrived in a timely manner, but there was a problem with my order in which I didn’t receive any of the flavors I ordered. I immediately emailed the company and within hours they had processed my original order and responded to my email within the same time frame. Amazing customer service!! Ok, now the taste, omg the flavor is amazing. I can’t wait to try more!!

I had a minor issue with a couple packets in my order. I reached out and immediately received a response. Without asking I received an email stating a new package was on the way. I love these teas they have really helped me as someone who suffers from constant energy fatigue from the work I do. But to have a company who without a doubt took it upon themselves to replace them was very meaningful and shows their internet as a company. I so had reached out for a couple extra flavor sheets to put in gifts for Mother’s Day and they were so sweet and sent me some with a couple Extras to add into my gift. Customer service is alone a 5 star!
