Two different individuals from the Logo Squad are sending me Spam text messages. They are useing the names of David Allen & Mark Williams & claim to be from the Legal Dept. The text messages are asking me to stop useing my legal Business name. They say once the applications are approved legal action against me will begin, if I choose to stay in business. They claim two different individuals have sent in applications for trademark. I checked with a lawyer today & he went on the Attorney Portal & there is no active application with my business name. He also stated that I would not of ever been notified by text. This is SPAM. I had this company make me a Logo in 2023. It was advertised for $70. Although I ended up paying $500 before they would release any files to me with multiple partial payments. They had high pressure sales & talked me into copywrite & TM Brand. I never did get my serial number for TM. I supposedly have copywrite until 2028.

I strongly advise against using this company for any of your website development needs. In my experience, they did not honor the terms of their contract. While they initially presented a compelling offer, including a five-year maintenance package, they failed to deliver on what was promised. Now that I am ready to use the maintenance services, I’ve been told it only covers hosting, not even basic updates like adding or removing products.

The manager, Edward Miller, has been extremely rude and unhelpful, and Aaron Taylor, the representative who sold me the package, has ignored my attempts to get clarification on the misleading information I was given. I recommend finding a more reliable and transparent company for your website or online storefront needs. The 1-star rating is a huge overstatement, but since I could not move forward without rating their service, which deserves 0.25 just for building the website (although it is a website whose backend is not easy to maneuver).

SCAM COMPANY!!! They did a decent, basic logo. Then they held it hostage until I paid more for "copyright and trademark." Sunk cost fallacy, I paid. Then they wanted more, I refused. That's when they get very threatening and harassed me unrelentingly.

Shocker! There is no record with the USPTO that they ever filed anything. They claim to hold the copyright on my logo, but there's no proof. They contact me about once a year threatening that if I don't pay them obscene amounts of money, someone else will take my company name. Or that I'll be sued for $20K. They just called and emailed again yesterday, still harassing and threatening me periodically after 3 years.

Take a free class through the USPTO. You'll learn that this is all a load of crap. They are scammers. You might get a decent logo but you'll pay way too much money and they will harass and threaten you forever. Find a local artist to do your logo.

Buyer beware! Never deal with this company. It is a sham. Their website promises a logo and the supporting elements. Once it's created they demand $650-$799 to copyright it. Their web site states that you will own your logo 100% for $70, but they stop talking with you when you will not pay them the $650 that started out to be $799.

The only reason I gave a star is to write this review this company is a scam I started working with them in 2022 to create my logo they began hooking me in with more services such as a website trademark legal services to back my company and business cards t shirts the works to date all that I have ever received was the logo no website even though I sent them massive amounts of pictures to use in the setup the trademark for my logo was done incorrectly and the keep asking for more money for an infringement I checked with the trademark processing center there is no infringement on my logo also I have spent over 6 thousand dollars with this company to only have a logo and they just had me pay an additional $75 and $425 to complete the project after my money was received they deleted all traces of communication with me from their side but I have copies of all our communications I am taking this company to court buyers be warned they are scammers

Please find someone else to create a logo, there are plenty more people more qualified and certainly more professional. You will waste your time and money dealing with this place. You could likely get a better logo asking a 5th grader to make one for you. Horrible service and incredibly fraudulent.

Purchased a logo package. Asked them to focus on the logo development and pleased with them not to upsell me as in my industry anything else they offered couldn’t compare in quality with the other companies I dealt with. Two people tried to upsell me immediately after I asked them directly not to. Then even after telling them about what I wanted with the logo I received an email asking what I wanted in the logo. Would just like my money back without any discussions as they stated was their process.

Contracted and paid for a simple logo design. Project was put on hold and The Logo Squad agreed to extend my timeline in writing to use the prepaid design service. Called to initiate my project and they then required an activation fee of $60 just to start the project - was never mentioned before. No work had been done prior. They refused to return calls despite my giving them many chances to reach a reasonable solution. I paid for a service, they took payment, produced nothing, and then refused to move forward with a simple logo design. Buyers beware !!

The Logo Squad took my concept and brought it to life! They were responsive, professional, and creative. I will be using them again!

I absolutely love this company. Barry has been so professional and very easy to work with. His expertise is beyond what I thought he could do. Every question, every demand, every change and every email was answered in a timely manner and the turn around for each change was done quickly. He made me feel like I was the only person and he wanted to help me. I'm getting emotional writing this because he is the BEST GUY!!

I thought I approved the final design for our Logo, got 3 phone calls after wanting me to copywrite. Every time I said no, not at this time. I have ordered checks and still don*t have my logo to complete the order. I finally got someone on the o
phone and was asked again to purchase copywrite, I again said not at this time. He said I would get my final logo within the hour. That was over an hour ago. I am very frustrated.

Quick response, kept me update and communicated really well, the logo designs where exactly what I wanted and any changes I wanted got done right away. Brilliant company to work with
