Logosquad got back to me on time every time I had different ideas for my logos. They envision what I wanted for my logo and made it happen.

Buyer Beware. About a year and a month ago, I purchased a three year plan for a website through this company. Imagine my shock when I discovered they shut my website down. I called to talk to someone about it and am frankly shocked and disgusted at the customer service I received. The representative was rude, speaking over me many times, continually arguing with me when I explained to him I had paid for three years and not one. He got very belligerent and kept ignoring the fact that I kept telling him I had receipts and an invoice to prove it. At that point he actually hung up on me. The conversation switched to text in which I asked for an email so I could send him the invoice. I never received that address and the texts themselves were downright unprofessional. I insisted they were in breach of contract. He threatened to sue me for harassment of his team and blocked my number. In stead of resolving and diffusing the issue which could have easily been done if the team acted professionally, I am now out a website (damaging my business), out $400, and have no way of dealing with the situation. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your business. I informed them at the end that I would leave a review and they said "go ahead". Buyer beware.

UPDATE: I came to an agreement with them where I agreed to take this review down and they would restore my website for 1 year. Less then the 1 year and 10 months I am owed. But in the spirit of compromise I agreed. They informed the website would be up in 48 to 72 hours. This time has come and gone and my website is still down. So I am reposting this review as a result of their agreement being broken AGAIN.

The Logo Squad was absolutely wonderful Derulo. They did a beautiful logo for me on the first try. No revisions necessary. I highly recommend them.

Very quick with turn around time in regards to revisions. The client dashboard is extremely user friendly and encompasses a wide range of capabilities, for example, tracking of all revisions and Communications. For enhanced designs that are intuitive, I highly recommended upgrading your purchased package that includes senior designers. Otherwise, pleased with our overall experience.

Wow- this is a great and easy company to work with. I had a idea and they brought it to life way better then I could have imagined. Mark insured a timely delivery and excellent customer service. A+++ company.

I think they did a pretty good job of doing what I asked for, but I also think there were some tough conversations to get to the finalized logo. I felt as if I was being told what I wanted rather than me telling what I wanted and receiving it back. I think there could’ve been a bit more listening involved by the logo squad, but all in all we got it figured out. If I could give 4.5 stars I would but other than that everything was great and my logo turned out awesome!

Wonderful personnel, very patient and thorough throughout the whole process. The logo was presented in a timely manner, and also took time discussing to make sure the logo is what was expected. I am very pleased to have chosen this team to work with.

I was referred to Logo Squad by a friend who recently used their services to design a logo. I used them for not only logo design but also submitting for a Trademark. They completed both in just 6 business days. Great turn around for a great price. Edward, my personal contact through it all, was very informative.

I recently purchased over $600 in services from Logo Squad, and this has been the most unpleasant customer experience I’ve ever had with any company in my life. Their head of compliance has asked repeatedly for me to take my review down or she will engage her legal department for “defamation”.

August 1 update: the compliance officer stopped repeatedly emailing asking me to take my review down. I do not receive the guaranteed response time of 1-2 business days like was guaranteed with my elite package. When the logo files were sent to me, I asked my project manager how each file was to be used. Never received an answer. Because of the inconsistency in communication, I missed their email with my 3D logo. When I went to click the link to the 3D logo, it said the link expired. I wrote them on July 27 asking for the renewed file link, an update on my trademarking and business cards. This morning, august 3 - no answer. I had to email him again. Let me just start by saying that unit has been several months working with this company and I only have a high res logo that was created by another designer from another company (logo squad just put it into high res file format because they wouldn’t give me a refund on any of the money I spent - even services I’ve yet to see the outputs for). Buyer beware - and don’t say I didn’t warn you!!

UPDATE:
I previously wrote a review on this company re: a copyright I paid for and still hadn't received from them. I kept calling, emailing, even did 2 live chats with them twice. During the live chats, I was told someone would get back to me...no one ever did. This went on for over a month. I then decided to write a review here, after that, I got a call from Logo Squad before the ink could dry. Basically they ignored all my communications til I gave them a negative review.

They said they sent my copywrite certificate but apparently there was an issue with my email and it wasn't going thru. I should mention I've had this business email address 3 yrs without any issues.
I gave them a different email and I got it...FINALLY.

My remaining issue...this company did not response to my 1-month correspondence with them to send me my certificate until I gave them a negative review. Even if there was a problem with the email, why not respond to my email, calls, live chats?!! Their customer service is horrible. After they got my payment, they stopped responding effectively. Hopefully this will prompt them to treat customers with respect.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. After they get your money, they don't really care about your needs and satisfaction. I paid $300 to get a copyright for my logo over 3 mos ago and I still have not received a certificate. I have been calling and doing live chats with them and NO resolution. They keep telling me someone will call me...no callback. One rep told me I will get the certificate emailed to me...no email. I have consistently asked for it or a refund with no response. Don't say you weren't warned.

The team worked based on my suggestions and ideas. They deliver the Logo that I was dreaming of in a short period of time and they were easy to talk to. I’m very happy with the results!
