I sadly had to let my dog go. We were due to have her ashes back and wanted something special for her ashes before she come home. I ordered a box from this company and it’s absolutely beautiful. The box come before I had my girl back so we were very happy. 10/10 for this company. The quality is amazing.

I unexpectedly lost my cat and I wanted something special to remember her by and I came across this company. I normally use Etsy and small business for anything personalised but the quality of the items here looked really good.
I ordered a wooden tea light holder with a photo of my girl on the front.

The tealight holder was delivered within 3 days of ordering. As soon as I opened it I was really disappointed and upset by the quality of the item.

I emailed the company who told me that its printed on wood so that’s the quality… however I will say on the website the quality looks outstanding, my image has visible white bits where the print has missed and I can only describe that the print looks like a bad temporary tattoo transfer.

I replied to the email from the company explaining that the quality on the website is not what I have received and I have not had a response. The company have not tried to rectify this issue.

I will say I have looked down their instagram and Facebook page and I haven’t seen another print that is as poor quality as mine so maybe I have just been really unlucky.

I am just really upset that I had bought something to have in the house to remember my girl and it’s so disappointing for it to arrive like it has.

Following the recent passing of our lovely Mum, I found this business, read the reviews and looked at the options and we're so happy with our Memory Box. Loved the option to add the 3 x Polaroid type pictures on the top, and the text & wording style is really nice. Very happy 😊

I ordered a personalised memorial stone with photos of my 20 year old cat in whom I had just lost. The quality of the pictures are terrible and nothing like the colours of the uploaded photo. I was extremely disappointed to receive this and sent an email stating so only to get a reply stating that “obviously” they would look brighter online. This is however not true as I also ordered another stone of a different style from another website and this is beautiful. Would definitely not order from here again and will be spreading the word to AVOID!!!

Absolutely fabulous company, from ordering to receiving my order it was perfect. I ordered 6 different bereavement baubles and each one is beautiful and I’m so pleased with them. A wonderful company who I would definitely recommend.

I ordered 2 personalized vases,I asked if the font could be changed, got a message straight back saying it couldn't and would it be ok to carry on,I said yes and was very happy with them.Thwy will make a 90 year old lady very happy and very emotional, will definitely order again.

My sister in law died of a bleed on the brain at just 56. She collected Teddy bears. Discovered this site and purchased a teddy and chose a picture of her on chest of the bear so her ashes could be put inside. I ordered one of the personalised book style photo frames from this company which arrived yesterday. It has a handwritten message to my wife for her 40th birthday from our daughter. I ordered a personalised couples crystal photo for valentines. The colours looks all wishy washy and nothing like the colours of the uploaded photo. Very disappointed to of received this and would be quite embarrassed to have this out on show.
Would not use again.
