Really bery bad

Really bad. Waiting for a refund and getting no replies. The website is not really working anymore and the themes are mo good. Used to be a great site but sadly no more. Please refund me!!

First and worst experience.

First and worst experience.
I have bought a theme from mymon -
Uspace theme :
57b147f9-ce3b-4c23-b885-9a8cc6425d12
But it not working and makin website dead -
I have contacted its support at webdevia :
website : webdevia-ticksy-com/ticket/3653553/

He replied once for asking the credentials - And t been 3 days after providing credentials he is not replied or even login to the site.

You should allow user to ask support inside your platform so that you can track thier responce and service,

I need my money back.
