I don't care what these fake 5 star rating people say, support is slow its always been for me, the frequently delete your support tickets if its seems like it would be any actual work, they never read your tickets fully and only ever give you answers that are never longer than 10 words, even if you've exhausted all options from your end and you've told them they continue trying to get you to fix it yourself, The only way to stop them from billing you is to cancel it directly on PayPal, Running 16GB RAM on a tiny server and it uses well over 80% all the time, CPU always running at 100% and a ton of tick rate loss, Refunds are only available to people who give them good reviews, My panel and server kept going down till they fixed it for like 2 weeks straight, Server randomly receives a stop command shutting it down even though I'm not doing it and am the only one other than the host itself that can do it, They nearly instantly delete any ticket that criticizes them, their ticket system is trash, they give you the option to attach files, but no matter what file you try to attach: zip. jpg, png, exe, .jar it always says I'm not allowed to send those kinds of files... Need I go on because I can keep on all day if need be

They don’t care about you.
They had horrible service that they lied about issues and would only refund me when I put up a review and cared more about the review than customer service. They blamed me and mojang when it was their fault.

Please if you are reading this do not be swayed by the positive comments/reviews and low prices. I thought it was too good to be true and it was. They basically stole $200 ish from me. I swear to god I am not lying. I urge you to stay as far away from them as possible.

In short, I purchased from them and immediately received terrible performance. I thought it was because I bought the low-tier set, so I upgraded two times. I went from 1GB of RAM to start off and set up the server, then increased it to 8GB when I launched it to my friends. When I noticed we were experiencing a lot of lag I upgraded to 12GB of RAM thinking that would help (take note I also bought the CPU priority, Dedicated IP, extra DDoS protection, and 2Gbit/s connection addons). Turns out it's the computers they run off of. I ran extensive tests and found out that it was because it was from their computers. I brought this to their attention and they completely denied it. After 2 years of trying to fix it myself and yelling at them, it was solved, but by then I gave them around $200. When I mean to yell, I mean like showing them mountains of hard proof it's on their end and them constantly denying it. I know 2 years is a lot, but I really wanted to make it work and I couldn't pass up an opportunity like this for the price (I very much regret this whole thing).

I beg of you, please stay away. I regret not looking at reviews before purchasing from them. Please make the right decision and ignore the fake positive reviews. Save yourself from stress, time, effort, and money and don't buy from them, I don't know how much I can stress this.

I had a server on theminecrafthosting a few months back and it was great! Had a great time. So now I wanted to get a new server and the performance was horrendous! I wanted to upgrade and when I paid, it didn't get upgraded even though the money was subtracted from my paypal. When I contacted support they told me everything is fine and then proceeded to delete my support ticket with no answer. Stay away from their customer support and service! I will go to another provider ASAP!

Update: After I wanted a refund via paypal, because I didn't receive the product I paid for (the upgrade for my server) The seller answered with the same response the support gave me, about my server being upgraded, even though it is upgraded because I had to pay again so it would go through! And in the response the seller didn't want to give a refund, because I gave a bad review on trustpilot!!! Stay as far away from this host as possible! Highly unprofessional!
