He kept us in the loop the whole time and was so helpful as we were first time buyers and had a lot of questions! Our purchase was a bit of a pain waiting for our chain to complete but he was understanding and very accommodating! Couldn’t fault him at all!

Nick Johnson at Ipswich Mortgage Centre was absolutely fantastic to deal with throughout our house purchase. He skillfully managed to arrange two mortgages for us, one a remortgage on an existing property, the other a buy-to-let mortgage on a new investment property. He seamlessly arranged both mortgages with the same lender and both at very competitive rates. His level of customer service and communication was outstanding. I was working with Ipswich mortgage for my first house and, I am highly impressed by the service. I couldn't get the mortgage due to my visa type, but they managed to get me a reputed lender with competitive ROI. Rene was my representative and, she was very professional in handling my case. She always answered my phone or responded by email if she could not take the call.
Also, the representative was very knowledgeable in the domain. She was able to answer all my queries with ease. Many times, people try to sell you the product. But, Rene was very professional and never tried to sell anything unwanted.
