The products were as advertised and actually nicer than the photos suggest.
The sizing is correct too.
One of my products didn't arrive, but the matter was cleared up straight away, and within 48 hours, my other product arrived. The team were very prompt and friendly in corresponding with me.

Very helpful and excellent service

Ordered training pants. Bought 3/4 year old for 3 year old grandson. Fit really well. And although he did have a little accident all the wee stayed in the pants and didn't run onto carpet. Once wet though you need to change.
Ordering and delivery was excellent. Arrived as promised.

Very handy product for everything. Easy to wash and dry being small
I would have liked to have known different colour options, but my fault maybe for not looking. A pop up with colour options would be handy

Nappy gurus has always been my go to for cloth nappies. The items are well priced and sent quickly (and my husband always liked the little chocolates that came with orders which meant he was distracted by how many times I'd ordered from here...). It seems like a really nice small business so I've always ordered things from here if they have it. The support you can get through the website for cloth nappies is so helpful, as is the facebook group. Definitely recommend them!

Terrible post sales process. False advertising (“birth” nappies) completely different fit my average size baby - 8.5lbs! Was told my baby was “small”! When he did grow, nappies still didn’t fit. Tried to return items still in packaging. Advised - rudely - to sell on Facebook! No returns! No credits! No apologies! Lost over £300 - do not buy - rip off!

Website is a dream to navigate, loads of options and information to help you along the way. LOTS of eco products and house hold Swaps, not just nappies Always arrive in good time and packed as eco friendly as possible, minimal/no plastic. Also the team of Nappy Gurus are so incredibly helpful!
