The founder of the company, Julie-Ann Muldoon established The New You Plan in October 2009. Her inspiration, enthusiasm and dedication to the company were born out of her own experience of a Total Food Replacement (TFR) diet. Julz wanted to help others achieve their weight loss goals in the same way with one major difference – to provide the best experience possible while you work on creating the best ‘You’ possible. From this her ethos was born, this is to help people by giving them the tools, support and motivation to actually achieve what they set out to do. The New You Plan diet works on the same principle as other weight loss companies that offer a Total food replacement (TFR), Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) programmes. This however is where the similarities end. You will receive ongoing support from ‘The New You Plan Team’. Our list of support tools for customers is so expansive you will be able to find something new to excite you literally every day that you are on your weight loss journey. The excellence of our products is guaranteed by complying with the following regulations: Compliance with NICE clinical guidelines covering obesity and very low calorie diets. This plan is so versatile. It allows me a freedom I’ve not experienced before. It’s coming up to one year with NYP. I achieved my 20kg loss in the first 5 months. I’ve been mixing and matching NYP meals and my standard meals since then to stay on track. I’m maintaining with ease. I’m so happy.

The shakes and bars are nice taste compared to other providers. A Lille bit on the expensive side. This is the second time I’ve tried this plan. Do lose weight with it, so ok for me.

Order arrived in good time and well packaged . Unfortunately courier didn't knock at door to let us know it had been delivered , he just left it at front door . We are both disabled so had a hard job getting the box indoors.

The website wasn't sending emails or texts to me which was a fault their end. But a very pleasant member of staff rang me direct and sorted my password out very quickly and ordering was easy after that.
Foodpacks arrived quickly - all present and correct. So far, I've lost 13lbs and haven't come across a flavour I don't like. Instructions on mixing etc are clear and easy to follow.
Highly recommended.
