The founder of the company, Julie-Ann Muldoon established The New You Plan in October 2009. Her inspiration, enthusiasm and dedication to the company were born out of her own experience of a Total Food Replacement (TFR) diet. Julz wanted to help others achieve their weight loss goals in the same way with one major difference – to provide the best experience possible while you work on creating the best ‘You’ possible. From this her ethos was born, this is to help people by giving them the tools, support and motivation to actually achieve what they set out to do. The New You Plan diet works on the same principle as other weight loss companies that offer a Total food replacement (TFR), Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) programmes. This however is where the similarities end. You will receive ongoing support from ‘The New You Plan Team’. Our list of support tools for customers is so expansive you will be able to find something new to excite you literally every day that you are on your weight loss journey. Great choice of products
Great choice of products, well packaged and fast delivery. If you can stick to it then this diet really works for fast weight loss. The shaker is great for the cold drinks, no need to mess about with a blender, and leaves the shakes creamy and smooth. Cheapest vlcd I could find of this kind and the products are tasty enough, I now stick to my tried and tested favourites. It's a good re-set diet when binging gets out of hand, I've used it many times over the years to get me back on track to healthy eating.

Pleasantly surprised by the choice and value .
Been needing to get my backside in gear for awhile now with my weight. I need a knee replacement and have to lose some more weight to get the op done. This has been my motivation.
So I ordered a selection of items I thought I may like , 3 weeks worth, cost me £79. But that’s 3 meals a day and a snack for 3 weeks so good value I think. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick so started the following day. Started my journey on 3/5/26.
The shakes and the bars are my favourite so far. Not too keen on the chicken soup although I thought I’d like it. But have decided I can use it on a chicken breast with lots of veggies for a low calorie dinner when I make one.
Some I haven’t tried yet but so far so good and am very happy with how it’s going.

Food is good. Delivery times are terrible
The food packs are mostly good and there’s lots of variety. A lot of the soups use too little liquid to be considered a soup
The awful thing is the time it takes for delivery. It’s good you don’t have to tie into a subscription. But I order a new 4 week plan a week in advance and still run out of food packs because it can take up to 10 days to arrive

This plan is so versatile
This plan is so versatile. It allows me a freedom I’ve not experienced before. It’s coming up to one year with NYP. I achieved my 20kg loss in the first 5 months. I’ve been mixing and matching NYP meals and my standard meals since then to stay on track. I’m maintaining with ease. I’m so happy.
