The founder of the company, Julie-Ann Muldoon established The New You Plan in October 2009. Her inspiration, enthusiasm and dedication to the company were born out of her own experience of a Total Food Replacement (TFR) diet. Julz wanted to help others achieve their weight loss goals in the same way with one major difference – to provide the best experience possible while you work on creating the best ‘You’ possible. From this her ethos was born, this is to help people by giving them the tools, support and motivation to actually achieve what they set out to do. The New You Plan diet works on the same principle as other weight loss companies that offer a Total food replacement (TFR), Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) programmes. This however is where the similarities end. You will receive ongoing support from ‘The New You Plan Team’. Our list of support tools for customers is so expansive you will be able to find something new to excite you literally every day that you are on your weight loss journey. These include, blogs, Success Story’s including interviewee tips, webinars, coaching programmes, the private and exclusive Secret Slimmers group on Facebook to name but only a few. The excellence of our products is guaranteed by complying with the following regulations: Compliance with NICE clinical guidelines covering obesity and very low calorie diets. Compliance with EU Directive 2009/39/EC and of the Council of 6 May 2009 on foods intended for particular nutritional uses. Compliance with Commission Directive 96/8/EC of 26 February 1996 on foods intended for use in energy-restricted diets for weight reduction, as amended. We understand this more than anyone as 90% of the people working at The New You Plan have been on the diet. For this reason we will mentor you through each step and each phase of this plan. We will be there for you long after you have left the plan. We do this as a free service to you in our secret Maintenance group who are there for you to help you avoid returning to old habits.
Secure and discrete delivery
Our parcels will arrive to you in a completely plain box, with no mention of our company name. This means that if you work all day and need your pack to be delivered to this address there is no risk of prying eyes discovering the contents of the box. We have also taken our time choosing our courier company and they have proven themselves time and time again. Should the worst happen we will be quick to resolve the matter with minimal interruption to your diet.

This is my 2nd order with the company…

This is my 2nd order with the company and once again I'm so pleased with it. I ordered my products on Monday and it came Wednesday, very quick. I bought some different products to try and so far so good, really nice. I bought the Pina Colada and the Mango and Passion fruit shakes, very nice and would recommend them.

DPD Curriers are con artists

I spent £158. 4 Times told delivery would take place that day. 4 times waited in nothing came. I complained to New You and suggested they go back to the couriers they had pre Xmas. DPD are rubbish they cannot deliver inside my retirement village. They kept saying they couldn't find us. An alarming comment for a courier business. The drivers will not come in the building and then find our apartment. They even gave the driver a photo and grid ref. From outside 200 yards away. Instead of my front door. DPD Curriers are con artists if they are allowed by there bosses to get away with it. There is no difficulty gaining access to my apartment.. They just go in to reception who give them access to the lift and they come up. Just cant be bothered.

We can see our support team has been in touch with you directly and has been keeping an eye on the tracking. From what you’ve explained, it sounds like the main issue may be around courier access to your retirement village and apartment, rather than the address itself.

Although the delivery is handled by DPD once your parcel leaves us, we fully appreciate that this still affects your overall experience with The New You Plan, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience and worry this has caused.

For future orders, we do offer Parcelforce at checkout, which may be a better option for your address if DPD continues to have difficulty with access. Our team can also help with any delivery where possible to support a smoother delivery.

We're sorry for the confusion regarding your order. Having looked into this with you, it appears the misunderstanding was caused by the way the Summer Mocktail bundle was displayed on the invoice, which made it seem as though additional items were missing.

Absolutely disgusting tasting products.

Absolutely disgusting tasting products.
I purchased, the shakes, the soups, the pastas, the meal replacement dessert bars.
The majority of the items I threw away so literally threw away my money.
The items I didnt throw away are the ones I tried and every single one tasted vile!
Great concepts, disgusting taste! Seriously don't waste your money, as they are not cheap products either!

After being a loyal customer for over 4years I reached out to customer service regarding missing items in my delivery and it was insinuated in communications I was lying and they have not replaced my missing items nor credited my account

The warehouse packing photo also showed the remaining items in your parcel, so we were unable to issue further replacements on this occasion.

Excellent company

Excellent company, I have been ordering diet meals from them for a few years now. I have lost lots of weight using the products. The shakes have much improved on the variety of flavours, like Dubai Chocolate, Pistachio and White Chocolate & Coconut, really scrumptious flavours. The bars are all very tasty and the dinner supplement meals, although I don't have those anymore, I just use the bars & a shakes & have my own cooked dinner.
The porridge and custard meals are lovely and I highly recommend them.
The delivery is fast and all well packaged. If you've struggled with lots of diets like me, go for it because if you stick to the plan, it 100% works.
