The founder of the company, Julie-Ann Muldoon established The New You Plan in October 2009. Her inspiration, enthusiasm and dedication to the company were born out of her own experience of a Total Food Replacement (TFR) diet. Julz wanted to help others achieve their weight loss goals in the same way with one major difference – to provide the best experience possible while you work on creating the best ‘You’ possible. From this her ethos was born, this is to help people by giving them the tools, support and motivation to actually achieve what they set out to do. The New You Plan diet works on the same principle as other weight loss companies that offer a Total food replacement (TFR), Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) programmes. This however is where the similarities end. You will receive ongoing support from ‘The New You Plan Team’. Our list of support tools for customers is so expansive you will be able to find something new to excite you literally every day that you are on your weight loss journey. These include, blogs, Success Story’s including interviewee tips, webinars, coaching programmes, the private and exclusive Secret Slimmers group on Facebook to name but only a few. The excellence of our products is guaranteed by complying with the following regulations: Compliance with NICE clinical guidelines covering obesity and very low calorie diets. Compliance with EU Directive 2009/39/EC and of the Council of 6 May 2009 on foods intended for particular nutritional uses. Compliance with Commission Directive 96/8/EC of 26 February 1996 on foods intended for use in energy-restricted diets for weight reduction, as amended. I love this plan
I love this plan. There is such a wide variety of products to choose from, something to cater for every food mood. Customer service is fantastic. They are very responsive and always on hand to answer any questions, there really is no such thing as a silly question with them. On the one occasion an item was missing from my order, it was swiftly resolved. The customer support group is full of support from other New You lovely customers who generously provide their support, hints, tips and recipes ideas. The New You team provides us with lots of motivation and challenges to help keep us on track. I really do love this plan and have every confidence it will help me achieve my goals.

Loved all the items
Loved all the items, they are of good quality, Tasty, especially the new key lime pie and spring pistachio, they are my new favourites. always have offers on making it easy to stick to the plan that works. Took a few days for delivery but was warned they had been busy so no problem.

This diet is the real thing I’m 54 years tried every weight loss tablet menopause tablets not to mention vitamins 1 was 10st 4 three or four months ago been around that for years couldn’t budge the weight plus I exercise 4 times a week but now with the New you plan I’m 9st 4 today and I don’t do the 4 meals all the time so one stone gone after years of trying if your serious about losing weight this diet is the ONE

Great selection of products. Good sized meals which are filling, and most of them i enjoyed. Much cheaper than other companies making the same type of products. They have a private Facebook group, and the members are really encouraging to each other. Many success stories in their group.
