Great service

Very easy ordering process, competitive pricing, quick turnaround and good email communication. I didn't need to get any assistance but it seems it would have been very easy to do so if needed. Very clear details.

Unreliable delivery time frame

I have been ordering from this brand monthly since summer 2024. The first number of orders arrived as described in the suggested time frame but my last 4 orders have taken weeks to arrive. It’s incredibly disappointing the lack of contact received when the order is late or there is an issue. At this stage even ordering 2 weeks out, there is no guarantee when I will receive the products resulting in a gap in time where I am without my products. I hate writing negative reviews but just to caution other consumers that 24hr dispatch is not accurate. I would like to flag that there is no issue with the products themselves and when I have spoken to anyone they have always been very pleasant but they need to figure out their dispatch issues as they are not adhering to their advertised delivery schedule.

Great Irish nutrition company

My second time ordering product from the Nutrition Store and once again I found the ordering process very easy and super fast delivery. Their prices are very competitive so I will definitely be shopping here again. Love the fact they are an Irish company. Keep up the good work
