Fantastic car dealership, friendly staff who made the whole process of buying the car stress free, especially Jasmine and Lee who quickly sorted out a problem, under warranty, with the vehicle we bought and kept us regularly informed of the repair as it progressed.
Such excellent service is rare these days and they are to be complimented for their attention to detail.

Jasmine was exceptional — knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. There was absolutely no pressure, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.

The selection of vehicles is impressive, with something to suit every need. The car my mother purchased looks and feels brand new, and she is absolutely delighted with it. Most importantly, it has restored her confidence behind the wheel, which means a great deal to us.

After having an awful experience with another dealer I was skeptical about purchasing a new car, I had received a few recommendations of One Stop Cars so thought I’d have a look. I found the car I wanted at a great price and decided to book a test drive. My initial viewing, test drive, purchase and collection was completed within a day. The experience was great from start to finish and would recommend to any of my friends or family.

I had a great experience with One Stop Cars, Jasmine was very informative and helpful throughout the purchase. The car was given a fresh MOT and service before I picked it up. I will definitely be back in the future.

Brilliant service from the start. Jasmine kept me updated, sorted everything & it was an extremely positive experience. I bought my Citroen online & had it delivered.
I would encourage others to do the same, if like me getting to Manchester to view a car was problematic.
Paul, who delivered my car, was great, showed me all the necessary details.

From the moment I made contact to arrange a test drive (and then asked to be fit in earlier at last minute which was accommodated) to the actual pick up of the vehicle Ollie was amazing.

There had been a few issues with my finance company which I arranged independently and they had delayed releasing the funds to enable me to collect my car. Ollie knew that I was due to go on holiday in a couple of days time and was overrun with work commitments, so I needed a quick turn around and he went above and beyond to ensure it was settled in time. With this in mind, he did all of the chasing with the finance company on my behalf to allow for a stress free purchase and collection.

In a world full of negative comments and reviews I just wanted to share some positive ones.

Fantastic service throughout our purchase, Jasmine was on the ball at all times, very efficient and pleasant. Car was bought online and delivered 250 miles away (when promised) and arrived as shown on the website (apart from some motorway flies).
Would highly recommend and will return when looking for a replacement second car as this wasn't the usual high pressure sales like other dealers

My second ever car purchased from one stop. I went back because the service the first time was amazing as well as the after care! Both lee and jasmine are fantastic and very informative and helpful. I wasn't rushed to buy at any point and they made sure I was 100% happy with the car before I drove off. Super fast turnover as well with all the paperwork and setting up the finance. So happy with my choice, thank you both.

I experienced one of the best customer service from all staff members. I was served by Jessica who did an Amazing job sorting everything needed plus the warranty as well. My wife and myself went to look at a Kia stonic 2. We were dealt with by Jasmine who is not only incredibly pleasant but has a fantastic knowledge of the car industry. Unfortunately when we viewed the car we were told it had an issue with the cooling system which was being fixed as soon as parts were available so couldn’t test drive but could run the engine for a while to listen to it running.
We put a holding deposit on the car and went away happy. Jasmine called and messaged my wife frequently updating on what was happening. We returned for test drive and brought the car. Jasmine was once again excellent and sorted the paperwork efficiently and was very patient while we sorted the insurance.
All in all an excellent car purchasing experience.
