I truly appreciate the professional service I received during my visit to One Stop Cars of Manchester. Although I didn't make a vehicle purchase, I was impressed by the overall experience—from the knowledgeable staff to the well-organised facility.

The team was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout the process and absolutely no pressure. Their dedication to customer service is commendable and certainly worth acknowledging.

Most dangerous vehicle I have ever sat my arse in. An absolute death trap. DONT BUY waste of money unless you would like too die because that’s what will happen if you get a vehicle from these chop shop bastards. The problems with this chop shop went on for months

Lovely cars well presented at a fair price. Unfortunately customer service could do with a few tweaks. Staff helpful but customer service policies let them down. Would I recommend? Yes just be quick!

Fantastic service, professional and friendly staff. Who leave you alone to look at a good selection of vehicles at various price ranges to suite any pocket. Great service, nothing is too much trouble.

I have purchased a few car from this amazingly run family business , hence why I keep returning.
The cars are always in excellent condition and tend to come with full or nearly full service history and 2 keys . Credit to Lisa and Jaz for their amazing support with no pressure whatsoever and lots of advice and knowledge .

After a horrendous time when I bought a car from Cinch, Alan & Jasmine were a pleasure to deal with, everything happened as they said it would, on time and moved the process along so that I was able to get into work…I love my new Toyota Aygo :)

I part-exhanged my car with One Stop and the process was seamless from start to finish. The staff are lovely and really well informed. I bought a Toyota Aygo X and it's been a joy to drive. I would very much recommend the company.

My honest review on purchasing my BMW 3 series touring from One Stop Cars.

To cut a long story short, I recently purchased an Audi A3 from a different garage I will not name which has since been sent back; to try and compare One Stop to other garages is unfeasible.
I had lost all faith in car dealers after my last purchase a few months ago and to say that One Stop have fully restored my faith knowing there are still genuine people and dealers out there who still care about their customers.

From start to finish, Jasmine who I spoke with originally, was very efficient in getting the car ready for me to view.
I then dealt with Ollie who went through all the paperwork and explained everything before I even needed to ask.
The whole team and the whole buying process was fantastic, the service provided was second to none.

I also extended my warranty, I took out a 3 year gold level of cover; my warranty includes AAs breakdown cover also which is an absolute godsend given the last car I returned I lost £150 on having it recovered and the value for money on One Stops warranty is great; I also didn’t feel pressured into extending my warranty it was more of an options extension explained thoroughly without any pushy sales.

I could go on and on but to end my review, I will be purchasing all of my future cars from One Stop as well as telling all my friends and family.

A definite 100% for One Stop Cars. We bought a Kia Ceed for my son and found the car to be in great condition and at a good price. We dealt with Jasmine, who was super helpful in getting everything sorted in relation to the vehicle. Oliver also helped out where necessary. A delightful team to work with. Brilliant family run business would definitely recommend. I found Ollie to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional in all our conversations over text or via the phone. He kept me updated and ensured a completed forms ahead of time to speed up the process.

I received quality service at one stop cars of mcr. The sales team offered really good advice. I was given plenty of time to view the cars. I never felt preasured for a moment. Its a family run business, very friendly, and l highly recommend them.

Just a quick review of One Stop Cars of Manchester. The experience that I had, is not dissimilar to the vast majority of reviews that you will read in relation to this company. (There is the odd one or 2 reviews in there too - but there are some odd people out there too remember :-)
I was looked after by Jasmine, my experience was that of a very professional business, providing a no pressure sales experience, with a team that genuinely take pride in their business and the service that they offer to their clients. I cant think of a negative comment in relation to my experience at all. I certainly recommend this company, and should they have a vehicle that interests me next time I'm in the market, ill be on the phone to Jasmine & the team. I seen the car online,paid £100 to reserve the car over the phone,later on in the week I viewed the car,took it for a test drive.The paper work side was very straight forward with (Jasmine& Ollie) sending all paperwork via email,to make the purchase very smooth. From start to finish it was a great service,and professional.Would highly recommend using One stop cars.

I was taken care of by Ollie. He was friendly, professional and helpful. One stop seemed to be very courteous and again helpful. Offering me a lone test drive to ensure it was the car I wanted. The car was very clean inside and out and smelled like a brand new car. If you see a car you like, i recommend getting in touch with One stop for an honest insight on the car and any procedures.

I would highly recommend One Stop Cars in Tyldesley. There was no hard pushy sales pitch, and Alan, who dealt with us, and all the staff are very friendly. The car we were interested in was available to view and test drive. Within 24 hrs the car was ready for collection and everything was dealt with very professionally. All cars are serviced and get an MOT. They are also very good priced and offer a really good part exchange. I really can not fault them.

The one stop car shop were absolutely fantastic. I dealt with Alan, he answered all questions ( and there were a lot ) before buying my car. All paper work was ready and he went through with me clearly. The finance was sorted very quickly and I was driving away my new car before I knew it.
All cars are very very nice and not overpriced.

I simply cannot fault these guys! I work alongside the motor trade and hear so many stories about dealerships that just don’t want or sadly can’t help their customers. Having recently purchased my third car from One Stop Cars of Manchester, I can tell you this is not the case here! Jasmine has a personable approach to helping that really reassures you. I’ve also dealt with the guys in the office in her absence and they’ve been nothing but excellent. The vehicles I have had so far have been trustworthy and Jasmine is always happy to help if there are any issues. I couldn’t recommend you all enough. Very good spot if you get round to visiting.
Excellent selection of vehicles in almost flawless condition.
Staff are friendly, helpful and easy to approach though thankfully, no chasing us round the showroom.
I price checked a few of the cars we were looking at and all came back fair or competitive for the cars age and condition.

All transactions, paperwork and questions are handled professionally and with a smile.

Can't recommend them enough.

Bought a car from One Stop 2 years ago. Had a bit of an issue, phoned for advice and within 2 days problem sorted. Can't recommend highly enough.
