I am very sorry you have had cause to return the boots you purchased, however buying boots online without having tried them on is always something of a risk and returns are to be expected. Our online price and returns policy is very clear and published on the website as part of the Terms and Conditions agreed to at the point of purchase.
The boots were reduced by £60.00 and this made us one of the cheapest places online for these boots, we are able to do this by not hiding within the price extra costs such as free return postage as offered by other retailers.
I note we are yet to receive the boots back but will of course action this return on receipt.

Great price and quick delivery.
