After quite a lot of searching I found the product I was looking for - an eVent jacket- at a very competitive price. I was surprised that it arrived so quickly and was in excellent condition. I would definitely use the company again.

flask was tested straight away by filling with boiling water and left outside in the snow & cold overnight and still very hot next day, wayyyyy past the 8hrs stated in the specs. ..very impressed & 700ml is a perfect size for daywalking, a good price & would recommend both the item and the retailer, great service !!

I ordered my rucksack on Friday, received it on Monday. The guys were great, I'd ordered online but changed my mind about the delivery. A quick phone call was all it took to sort.

Plasticky bag / package was wrapped (a lot) with brown duct tape. First time saw such a low quality packaging. Orders from China for 1 Gbp comes in better shape.

I ordered my Rab down jacket yesterday early afternoon and it arrived this morning. I was able to test it in a snow shower this afternoon.the jacket is just right for me. Very good range of stock and the best price. I'll be buying from this supplier again.

I bought a carry on rucksack from the Outdoor Shop for my travels with Easyjet, the goods were a very good price and they had stock. I ordered on the Monday and got the order confirmation within a few minutes. There had been no option that I could see to select a different delivery address at the web order stage but I asked the question by replying to their confirmation e mail and they changed the delivery address straight away. I had selected standard delivery but the product cam the following day. Great service, friendly and efficient - I would recommend the Outdoor Shop and I would use them again.

I recently purchased a Berghaus choktoi fleece from The Outdoor Shop.
The fleece arrived promptly, compactly but carefully wrapped and boxed up.
I am really pleased with the quality of the fleece (and with the very competitive price they sold it at!)

The Outdoor Shop service has been excellent,I ordered 3 ski Jackets to get the right size & colour for me. The price was good with a top Brand & the jackets came very quickly. I returned 2 of them after choosing & the refund was very quick! Only downside was the return postage which cost a lot! They would be perfect if they gave free returns.
