Excellent shipping service in Europe
The auction house in France would not respond to my emails regarding shipment for several weeks, but the Packengers provided a quote, picked up the book, packed it well, and shipped it within a week of me reaching out. The price was very reasonable and there were no issues in transport. Highly recommended.

One of the worst companies ever
One of the worst companies ever. It took them one month to send a simple parcel from Paris to London, I called them multiple times and connected to Ai Automated customer service that didn’t help at all. When I finally complained and received the parcel, they were too busy making excuses for the delay than apologising: please avoid this company at all cost
UPDATE: I’m their response below once again this company instead of addressing the issue they are twisting facts. It took them 10 days to pick up the item. But then it took them another 20 days to pack and send it, despite my countless emails and calls to manager level

Excellent service, and very quick. Packaging was carefully done, and considering that this was an international delivery of an expensive shipment, I was especially happy with the heavy plastic straps used to secure the box. Very pleasant staff as well. Special kudos to Cara, who helped with with documentation very graciously!
