High quality products & excellent customer service
The Paperbox is a brilliant and efficient company to deal with. Their products are great quality and I have been particularly impressed by their customer service. I designed my wedding invitations and printed them with The Paperbox after a recommendation - they didn’t disappoint! Throughout the whole process Dale was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to guide me and answer my many (probably very annoying) questions. I will also be using them to print my order of service booklets for my wedding ceremony and wouldn’t use anyone else for any future projects! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about The Paperbox - 100% recommended!

The paper is good
The paper is good, but unlike other companies I have dealt with, when you ask for samples they are either free, or they only charge a small fee without delivery on top. You ask for samples before you place your big order to make sure you get the correct paper, so your company (The Paper Box - not to be confused with Paper Box) benefits from a reasonable sale and a happy customer.

Ok - not as good as previously
I’ve used The Paperbox for years and have always found the quality fantastic. Just recently I’ve noticed a change in quality - my usual card blanks have had marks on several of them and the linen card I usually buy doesn’t feel as good quality as previous orders.

No stick on envelopes
Unfortunately the dusty blue envelopes did not stick which was very disappointing. I proceeded to put double sided tape on them which also didn’t work on the material, the envelopes kept opening

Super quality card blanks
Super quality card blanks and envelopes. Have bought from other places and the quality has not been great, the cards from The Paperbox Ltd however are amazing. Super quick delivery and parcel well packaged. Would highly recommend.

!Top quality envelopes!
I’m so glad I ordered from Paperbox! I ordered the premium luxury envelopes in three different colours and I’m definitely going to reorder! They were obviously packaged with much care and so arrived in perfect condition, and quickly! Top quality! I use these ‘heavier gsm weight’ envelopes in my best selling letter writing stationery sets and being able to guarantee no bent corners during delivery is now keeping me as a returning customer to PaperBox! Many thanks!🤩

Disgusting, would give it a 0 if I could
Have used Paperbox before, put a fresh order through only to be called the following day to be told that the website had a glitch and the order that I submitted for £54 was actually now over £270, there was no website glitch as they put it as the order went through with no issue, from what I can gather there had been an input error on the website, although they didnt say that as such, due to their error I was offered a 10% discount and asked to pay the remaining £180 odd pounds, ermmmm no thank you very much. The supposed error was not the fault of the customer it was the fault of you the company, and any orders submitted and paid for in full should have been honoured. Not only the that, the lady, who said she was the owner, was extremely rude not allowing me to get a word in. I will not be using you or any affiliated company associated with you again.
