Terrible experience from start to finish. Over valued the house by 100k compared with what it actually sold for. Did not properly assess the people who put offers in on the property, allowed time wasting from buyers. Did not progress the sale, had to chase everything ourself. And to top it all don’t charge a percentage they charge a fixed rate which puts their price point higher than all competitor agents.

I received a phone call
After posting the above review, asking if I would consider altering it or removing. They wanted to clarify they had worked hard progressing this sale, which i responded that this review does not reflect any particular person but just my experience. The pricing they are claiming is not accurate, but my house was valued at 425k and sold for 334k.

I had a great experience with this property agency; they were very efficient in helping me find a place. In particular, Callum Kirkby was extremely helpful right from the viewing stage. He did his best to answer all my questions and concerns, was always professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I really appreciate his support and dedication. I 100% recommend this service to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable property experience!

We had a viewing with Isabel from the Banstead office. She was very knowledgable about the area. She was professional but also friendly. She allowed us to look around the property freely but was there for any questions etc. She is very quick and efficient on email.

First time getting into a rental property using the personal agents and I am very happy with the whole process.
We had a little delay with the moving in date but not due to anyone’s faults. In fact Callum was really great at making it all happen and as speedy as possible. Great experience guys!
