I went to Thephonelab to have my broken S23 ultra screen replaced.

I went to Thephonelab to have the screen of my S23 Ultra replaced and I must say I couldn't be more satisfied. The service took about an hour (which is less than what Samsung Service requires). And I had my phone with a new screen which looked as good as new in an hour. Extremely satisfied with the service and the staff who replaced it. The best part, they are open on the weekend so you do not have to wait for your appointment at Samsung Service which is only open on weekdays during working hours.

We came to transfer the data from my…

We came to transfer the data from my old phone that could not be repaired to my new phone.
We were told that it takes 1 to.2 hours. We came back after nearly 2.5 hours and then it took another 1.5 hours.
We were not amused, because we had to drive an hour to come to Arnhem. So the whole thing costs us 6 hours and €22,- parkingfee.

Service with a smile 😊

Happy with the performance of the man who helped me at your Beethovenstraat Phone Lab. I arrived at a busy moment and was suggested to make via the site an appointment. This worked very efficiently and within half an our my I-Phone 14 battery was replaced by a new one. On top of that, it was service with a smile 😊

ThePhoneLab - Warranty? What Warranty. Avoid This Place.

ThePhoneLab Amsterdam - Beethovenstraat
Bought a cable that died after 6 months—well within warranty. Took it back and was brushed off with “it’s damaged,” as if that somehow voids the fact it failed under normal use. That’s not customer service, that’s dodging responsibility.

Cheap, low-quality products and zero accountability when they break. If you like wasting money and being ignored when things go wrong, this is your spot. Otherwise, stay far away.
