If I could give 6 stars I would! The staff is super friendly and quick to help, the diagnosis of the reason why your laptop (in my case) isn't working is free of charge and they call as soon as they found something which would come at a cost to check of you agree with the costs or not. They found the issue with my laptop within 15 minutes and fixed it within 30 minutes! Was at the point to buy a new laptop, so super happy they were able to fix it instead!
10/10 would recommend!

I walked in with a phone with battery issues. I didn't make an appointment, but still I could pick up my phone within 1,5 hour! The staff was very friendly.

The problem with my laptop was easily found. It turned out that the part was expensive, but he helped me look for cheaper options.

Got a new screen for my OnePlus 12. Original part, looks good, responds well. No signs on the edges of work done.
Only feedback, I had to wait 5 workdays because they didn't have the part on hand, but didn't inform me a different location did have it.

I am so happy with how I was helped yesterday. I appreciate the expertise and kind communication. I had a negative experience elsewhere and it was a relief to have had this transparant service here. The guy works very hard, he was alone in the shop and it was busy but he handled everything with patience and worked overtime to see me leave with a working phone.
