I would not hesitate to recommend the phone Monkeybto anyone. From initial contact to receiving my phone I had excellent customer service and there was no problem answering every and any questions I had. Once my decision was made the phone was despatched immediately and I received it within a couple of days.
It is early days but so far I love my phone

Ordered at lunchtime and arrived the next morning! Really delighted with this purchase the phone is in pristine condition. Went for the iPhone XR 64GB and was great to have the option of the additional tempered glass screen and cover at such an affordable price. Was also delighted to see a USB charging lead sent with the phone as I was not expecting this. Ordered a phone on Sunday night and arrived Wednesday morning. When I contacted the guys on the Facebook page they were very fast to reply and helped me with any enquires I had. I was reluctant to buy a used phone but the guys sent me on pictures and videos of the phone. When it arrived it was like a brand new phone. Couldn't recommend the guys enough. Top class service.
