I can't recommend The Phone Monkey enough. Ive been a customer of several similar companies but these guys set the standard in terms of Customer Service Excellence. Delighted with this service. All my questions were answered in my initial enquiry about buying a phone, as I was a bit apprehensive buying a pre used phone. Ordered my phone Saturday eve and the following Tuesday the phone arrived. I ordered a pre used phone which is like new. Very happy with this service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a phone . (Accessories didn't come with my phone, apart from the cable for charging but no plug ) I guess you can order these separately if you need to unless you are purchasing a new phone.
