Excellent experience. Fully recommed this company. The makeup artists and in particular the photographer are fantastic. The pictures are amazing and in canvases are simply breathtaking. Thank you too the admin team, the were all very helpful and very quick in answering any questions that we had.

Me and my wife paid a visit to The Picture House today. Beautiful Sunday with plenty parking lots around. Nothing out of the scenery so far. But we were about to have an experience of a lifetime. We spent about three hours there but it seemed three minutes. What a team. They are five stars each. They gave us complimentary drinks and so much attention, they were engaging, funny and so friendly. All together with the highest professionalism. We became friends almost instantly. Thank you Chess, Shanna and Lucy! They even gave us an impressive affordable payment. But wait…. Derek, the photographer ,is out of this world …. so professional, so friendly, so courteous and funny, so intelligent…. He completed this amazing afternoon: the cherry on top of the cake. Thank you Derek and all team for this unforgettable experience 🙏🙏🙏 P.S. Derek is wicked 😉😉

I visited The Picture House last Saturday for my photo shoot and it was an amazing day out. Everyone we encountered was lovely and friendly and quickly put us at ease. I had raised concerns on a call with Yve whether they would be able to do makeup for a black person well and I was assured they would. Rebecca and Chez(?) were bubbly and lovely and Rebecca did a fabulous job with my make-up so I looked really glam yet like myself. Derek is fab and knows his trade very well. Just trust him, he will tell you the best poses to get really beautiful natural shots. He even got my hubby to smile in a photo - no mean feat :). Sam was also lovely and didn't do a hard sell on the number of photos to procure. I think the whole team are great from start (Yve was always really lovely and helpful), on the day through to post-production where Lucy did a fantastic job. I love all my photos and I know I'll be back with my girls to get family photos done. I wholeheartedly recommend this company, they really are great at customer services and delivery of a great product.

We had a great experience at Picture House London on Saturday 26th February 2022.
From start to finish Derek Miller and his team looked after us from painting our nails to make up and fixing hair. Once this was done it was time for the photo shoot. Derek was very friendly and full of energy and took beautiful photos of my grand daughter, son, daughter in law and myself. This was first time for me and it was well worth the experience. In the end there was no force to buy the photos. They left us to decide on how many photos we wanted and there was no pressure what so ever. I would recommend The Picture House London for memorable photos.

Absolutely loooooved my experience! I was really nervous about coming in and I tend to be quite introverted and shy (yes there is a difference!), but I was kept very engaged and looked after by the whole team (loved the hair and makeup!). I had a lot of fun. You can tell that the team enjoys the work they do which is soo important. Pictures came out great as well. Shout out to Lucy! Honestly great experience :-D

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The hair and makeup were perfect and fuss free. The photo shoot was professionally completed, Derek was warm and friendly but professional which made me feel that I was in professional hands. I was made to feel important throughout the process and wasn’t forced into buying more photos than I needed. All in all a very post and enjoyable experience.

Bought a photo shoot for my daughter and god-daughter for their 18th birthdays. The whole experience was absolutely great! I did a bit of research before I chose this studio and there seem to be a lot of very expensive studios out there that didn't have the same kind of professionalism.
We were made to feel at ease every step of the way ...from the lovely warm welcome, the fabulous hair and make up ladies and the actual shoot. Derek the photographer took some wonderful pictures.
We ended up buying the full package as the photos were so lovely and we couldn't decide which ones we liked best. It is expensive and that would be my only advice to maybe talk about that before the shoot so its not a surprise. You can buy individual pictures but if you want quite a few its more cost effective to buy the package. I would definitely recommend.

My granddaughter had a photo shoot at The Picture House and it was brilliant. We were made to feel welcome, the women who did her hair and make up did it perfectly. A lovely natural look as we requested. Derek the photographer was chatty and made my granddaughter feel at ease. The results were stunning!! A great experience.

Our family photo shoot was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. The pictures were creative and turned out amazing. Could not be happier

A massive shout out to the Picture House. Thank you for a wonderful 2 hours ++ taking my photo's make up and hair and helping me select the best photo's for my new health and wellness website. You all did such an amazing job and we even had some laughs and great conversations. I am so impressed with the whole team at the Picture house and you made me feel relaxed and at ease. Your professionalism really shone out, I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs this service.

Derek has done a family shoot with us and he was incredible calm with our two young children, he made the kids laugh and having fun during the session , making the pictures look natural ! I have my hair and make up done which made me look gorgeous, thank you to the ladies for this,
We got absolutely stunning photos which made it very difficult to choose which ones to buy ,and I can’t get enough of them! 😁,

We had such a lovely time with these lovely people. From make up, hair and nails done that really made me feel spoiled with the lovely ladies having a wonderful conversation thought out the whole process that was quick, professional and perfect to the actual photo shoot with the most amazing guy ever ( I do apologise I am bad with names- I do have baby brain lol).
We were welcomed at the beginning by sweet and bubbly Lucy and also she was the one showing us our photos and giving us time to choose while getting happy and excited about our little brag about our bundle of you as I am 7M pregnant.

Many thanks to the whole team, you were amazing 🤩 also special thanks to Lucy!!! Please don’t change as you are making the world a better place by the way you are!

Really enjoyed my photoshoot at the Picture House London. The make up and hair were done really well (and I'm a picky one when it comes to make up particularly). The photographer had great energy, gave advice and made the whole shoot very easy and enjoyable. Everyone working there is very friendly and hospitable. Would definitely recommend.
