I've ordered jojoba and argan oil from them. Fast delivery, nice packaging. Fair prices. Ordered through Etsy. Very pleased with their products.

Packaging on the Backflow Incense Cones says “premium aroma, clean burning” with no toxic fumes or smoky after smell. 100% not true on the smoky after smell. I’ve burned TONS of incense in my 53 years on the planet and these incense make my eyes burn so bad and they 100% smell unlike incense but like a fire you started in your back yard with chopped wood. WHERE is the incense smell? I ordered several relaxing and soothing scents and I could smell a teeny hint but mostly just WOOD BURNING like I stuck my face in campfire smoke. I only spent $27 on around 6 different scents but they are garbage… that’s where they are headed. My purchase was made on Etsy.

ONE STAR IS WAYY TOO HIGH FOR PLANT GURU! I ordered Shea Butter from them as a Third Party reseller at Walmart.com. The outside of the package smelled like something had died on the inside. The Shea butter was in two containers inside of 2 sealed USPS bubble mailers (2nd Red Flag). Upon opening the package which smelled awful. I found that the Shea Butter was contaminated the containers were cracked and broken. The lids were off. I did report this to Walmart customer service. It was disgusting! I'm just glad that today was garbage pick up day in my neighborhood.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE FOLKS. THE SHEA BUTTER WAS BAD WHEN IT LEFT THEIR FACILITY!

I ordered incense sticks on Amazon that was filled by Plant Guru. They shipped a huge empty box and then did not reply to several email messages. Zero followup. Shipping a box that is empty and then not communicating is all you need to know about these folks.

Been buying for over a year now. I left several calls and emails with NO response. I'm trying to order but can't checkout as the site doesn't support a different bill to and ship to address.

Mostly dry plants .... Bad

I paid for vanilla essential oil. I received dollar store vanilla extract. This fake essential oil is brown, sticky, sweet and tastes like vanilla extract. I asked for a refund but they claimed this vanilla extract is essential oil. It's not. Never again. Going to USPS for a fraud claim.

I was searching for good shea butter at a reasonable price. I found this site. This were good for a few months until it stopped taking my credit card. It would always say declined. I contacted them and they said their website website wasn't always easy to use. Ok well maybe they need to fix their site. They suggested using easy or ebay as they sell their products there. I'm not a fan of easy or ebay so I will find another site that carries what I need. Won't be using them again.

The uploaded pictures do not identify the plants correctly. Doesn't give you what to do if your plant it not thriving. Plus, they charge $7.41 / week. Too expensive for what it does. Wouldn't advise to purchase this app.

I've been a customer of plant Guru for many years and there oils are powerful and Great. I've been using oils for 10 years and plant Guru are the best. There customer service is GREAT.

On the advertising the app show you direct and simple responses to the particular plant they’re showing you. But this doesn’t happen when you’re actually using the app! It’s a lie.

Their scents are garbage... Can barely smell them ( their Egyptian Musk doesn't even smell like it should ) and advertised for making soap incense ECT ! Yeah right you can't hardly smell straight from the bottle. So using it to make soap incense ECT is a waste of time ! I should have when to my usual vendor here at home ! Twice the money but at least his scents are right on the money and at least 10 times stronger !!!

i bought it…on the 5th plant it finally identified a plant correctly… it was a 7’ Crepe Myrtle immediately the app said my 20 year old CM was dead… not only was it not dead it’s probably prettier this spring then it’s ever been so I don’t think I want this app anymore…
buy yourself a Rube Goldberg Plant Region Book… i think i’m in region #7 JLK…

Plant guru sold me what I thought was organic ivory Shea butte, only to find out that it was going to past the expiration date within 6 months, however the sales page said that the product was freshly made, which means it should have had a life shelf expectancy of two years, that did not happen

I purchased several fragrence oils from them. Great prices, fast and free shipping. I should have tested the oil first, but sadly I didn't. I lost a whole 10 lb batch of beeswax. The fragrence would not integrate, it was at a 6% fragrence load, should have had no issues. The candles looked odd, and some didn't cure properly. Lost $25 of wax not to mention the $70 in oil i no longer trust to use.

I purchased a 1 lb block of African Black Soap off of Etsy from Plant Guru. I have used quite a few different expensive brands of Black Soap and theirs is one of the best so far. I feel that it is natural and authentic. The packaging, quality of product and shipping were all with no complaints. It was my first purchase and I will continue to purchase my soap through them.

Ordered 2lbs of seamoss from this company, got them in a timely fashion and the product itself was packaged properly, and arrived in good condition

Their website is not secured! When I tried to make a purchase I put in my information and got a fraud alert from my bank and cancelled. Months later I received 4 separate uber eats purchases that amount to about $400 that I did not make. I had to block my card! I know it was compromised on this site. DO NOT BUY ON THEIR WEBSITE. YOUR CARD INFO WILL BE COMPROMISED.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Second time ordering and I have them the chance to do better. First order was late and slow….current order was placed on May 13 and it’s June 3…..where is it?
