Their website is not secured! When I tried to make a purchase I put in my information and got a fraud alert from my bank and cancelled. Months later I received 4 separate uber eats purchases that amount to about $400 that I did not make. I had to block my card! I know it was compromised on this site. DO NOT BUY ON THEIR WEBSITE. YOUR CARD INFO WILL BE COMPROMISED.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Second time ordering and I have them the chance to do better. First order was late and slow….current order was placed on May 13 and it’s June 3…..where is it?

I Just want to say THANK You For This magnificent product I've had trouble with my scalp for over 20 years and I use plant guru African black soap to shampoo my hair and oh my God the experience of my scalp being clear without a scab and dandruff collected on my scalp it's just amazing and I want to say that I used the Avocado Butter as well 👏👏👏

Serious questions on ethics of PlantGuru. Suspicious operations - they can't even be bothered to return questions about their products. I've bought many products from them it's the very least they could do to respond. I question where they source and I perceive greenwashing in their descriptions. Sustainability is pretty important to a lot of people that would purchase from them and ethical practices is hand in hand with sustainability.

They've lost me as a customer and they've lost my trust. I'll be putting my money into and being very vocal in my respect for Canadian brand, New Directions that's extremely transparent about every facet of their company. Too bad an American company just can't get it right. I regret ever giving them my business and look forward to welcoming new products that I feel confident in. For shame.

I ordered from this company on Esty and for starters shipment was fast and easy. Everything else was terrible! The product was hard as rock and it appeared that the item shipped to me had been sitting on the shelf for a while as it was very dusty. I never used the product and ultimately threw it in the trash can where it belonged. Sadly, this is my first and last time ordering anything from this company! Definitely false advertising and a HUGE WASTE of MY TIME and MY MONEY which makes me 😡😡😡😡

In the past I've always gotten good product. This time I got a bad batch with no smell or oil feel and they want me to pay for the return. Wil not do budiness with them again

The company offers great prices and a great range of products, however I know that they have way too few employees to handle customer service. Because of that the customer support agents are agitated and rude. Nonetheless I receive my products at a timely rate. Notably though, the tracking is problematic. Most of the time now I get no updates between 'waiting for package' and 'delivered'. It's a phenomena that started with Covid and has not gotten better. I try to be home to receive my packages and that is presently impossible. I have been a customer for years and intend to remain one.

I ordered almost $200 of essential oils and they were delivered broken. The box was not opened so that told me they ,mailed the items damaged. There were at least 3 or 4 broken bottles in the box. This company scammed me. They don't answer the phone and when I finally received a response email they said they were not going to do anything about my order. I through the items a way after a few days of not receiving a call back. I was not going to keep a box of broken glass and the awful smell of all those essentials oils. I would never an hurt another small business but after reading some of the other reviews this company should be shut down. I am going to try and file a complaint with the Chamber of Commerce .Every company can make a mistake but this company keep doing the same thing to other small businesses.

This company claims to carry 100% pure essential oils with certified testing so I decided to purchase a few oils in August 2020. The oils I purchased appears diluted or synthetic and not pure as claimed. I requested for the MSDS & COA of each oil several times through email, phone, and social media. Today is January 2021 and I have yet to receive any response. I regret purchasing from this company due to their false claims and lack of customer service. Please be aware.

This product looks to have been hand packed in a residential kitchen. Not sealed in a certified facility... just packed into ziplock bags. To give them a chance, I requested a COA (Certificate of Analysis) TWO WEEKS ago. After being ignored for two weeks, I truly regret finding this company... I really do. ***They officially ghosted me. I can't get a refund.
