Love this tv stand, it was easy to put together, looks great in my lounge

I ordered a TV unit which was delivered quickly. Unfortunately the wrong item was delivered, but this was swiftly resolved and the correct item sent. Bradley from Customer Service was very helpful and polite. Would shop here again.

Disappointed- ordered a stand 2 weeks before a TV was due to be installed on basis of a 5-10 day delivery window. On day 11 emailed them to say not arrived- was told the courier sent you a text you didn’t respond- when I said no text received the said would chase asap. Next day sent another email- no answer. Phoned to be told delivery would need rearranging and that “someone isn’t telling the truth about the text “ essentially suggesting I was lying! ( surely it’s a basic courtesy not to accuse the person whose paid you of lying )-so Cancelled my order - no email after 24 hours to as yet confirm a refund - (23/6:/21) Is being actioned but the order disappeared from my accounts page. Very disappointed with customer service at the very least in the original 10 day window more than a single attempt to contact for delivery should have been made by phone/email if first text attempt failed. Delivery is still the sellers responsibility to the buyer.
PS: just received email to say refund will/is being processed ( after this review went live) …at he time of their reply the refund has NOT been made yet

What an excellent service - TV stand delivered earlier that stated , and the product itself superb .

Helpful on the telephone, then the TV wall stand arrived quickly and it was easy to put up. The TV can be easily put on and off, as required.

Totally happy with the service from The Plasma Centre, called to check what a graded product was and given a knowledgeable response, ordered product (which was a good price compared to elsewhere at full price) but very good as A graded. Thought would have to wait until after the Bank Holiday weekend for delivery but pleasantly surprised the unit was delivered before. Unit was robust and as described, looks great in the corner and not so bulky as a cabinet.

The TV cabinet arrived on time with very good communication from the courier. Assembly was slow, but everything fitted together neatly and the materials quality is excellent. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

So we ordered a tv stand. Paid for a specific day and it was delivered on time. The stand was damaged. I originally tried to contact them via telephone as I wanted to speak to someone about what options were open to me. I was charged additionally for this call as I didn't realise that you have to pay premium for calls to 0844 numbers. After sitting in a queue I decided to email instead.
Once they received my complaint they offered me a replacement or a reduction in the price which I opted gor. The refund arrived today. I was pleased with the way they dealt with my complaint.
The stand was otherwise very nice. Looks good in my lounge.

Found their website through Google when looking for a new TV Stand for a new house.

Found what I was looking for quickly and the ordering process was very quick.

Called up to see if it was possible to get expedited delivery and spoke to a real person at the store who advised whilst they endeavour to get things out quickly, bulky items only carry a 3-5 days delivery per their website due to the couriers.

Next working day a fedex man turned up at my door with the stand. Thoroughly fantastic process throughout and will definitely be using them again.

TV wall bracket
Ordered a TV wall bracket. Was pleasantly surprised by it's quality, robustness and elegant design !
Would recommend !

I ordered a tv unit on the saturday on the understanding it would be with me by the friday at the latest going by their 3 - 5 working day delivery policy.
I phoned on friday afternoon to find out the status of my delivery and was informed it would not be arriving until monday.
When I queried this - quoting their 3 -5 day delivery I was told it was dispatched on monday which is not counted in the delivery window so the 3 - 5 day delivery did not start until the Tuesday.
I questioned the 3 - 5 day delivery that they advertise and whoever I spoke to said that 3 days is the same as 5 !!!
I felt they were not interested and didn't really care that they are falsely advertising a service - that you have to pay for - that they don't actually offer.

In the 1 call I made to the shop the service and information I received was excellent. I ordered the TV cabinet online and it arrived the next day as promised. Excellent quality and I’m very pleased with it and the overall excellent service from the Plasma Centre

Excellent service from Plasma Centre. MUST RECOMMEND because of the excellent customer service and spontaneous response recieved from each and every member of the staff. Had issue with a damaged glassdoor of a TV cabinet.. every time I emailed Plasma Centre, the response was immediate. Every time I phoned Plasma Centre the call was answered immidiately. And when they were unable to provide a replacement due to delays caused by Covid restrictions, full amount was refunded immediately. I am looking forward to buy more stuff from Plasma Centre.
In these days of internet shopping,its nice to know that reliable companies like Plasma Centre will NEVER LET YOU DOWN.And the prices are reasonable too.Thank you Plasma Centre,Thank you for your excellent customer services. Looking forward to order some more items. Dr Pritam Varma
